Electroluminescent means “Cold Radiation” working with electrical high frequency. There is no resistance or filament directly in this technology. Electroluminescent only lights up with “High Frequency”. For this reason, Electroluminescence is called Cold Radiation. Although Electroluminescent takes the name cold radiation, Electroluminescence emits very little heat (25 degrees) outside. Electroluminescence never burns the hand that can be touched. Electroluminescent need Inverter, which is a kind of transformer, to make the light. With “high frequency” electrical energy supplied by INVERTER, it strikes the barrier between the pressures and gets stuck, FOSFOR, which cannot find a place to escape, thus emerges as LIGHT.

4A Medical Drain Drain systems are products that help collect waste blood and fluid after surgeries. The cautery pen is used for cutting and coagulating with high frequency during surgery. Our silicone and PVC drains are fully biocompatible and all test certificates are available. Our daily production capacity is around 15,000 packages, including all drains and cautery items.

Basotect Sponges are fire-resistant, sound insulation sponges with high NRC values, produced in white or light gray colors. Basotect melamine sponge is used as a heat and sound insulation material in places where it is necessary to absorb medium and high frequency sounds, prevent ringing, and provide acoustics in interior spaces.

Barrier foam panel is a sound insulation material created by coating a felt PVC barrier between two foam panels. This sound barrier absorbs high frequency sounds and is often used in the construction industry. Bondex foam board with barrier is used in places that require high sound insulation, especially in industrial facilities, studios, offices, theatres, cinemas, schools, hospitals and similar places. Sound is absorbed thanks to the sponge material and reflected by the aluminum foil. Thus, outside sounds are prevented from entering and inside sounds are prevented from coming out.

Bundles are used for generating superheated, saturated steam and hot water to meet the requirment of process by utilising waste heat in power plants. We manufacture bundles according to ASME and EN standard with high frequency welded fintubes which is produced by Eralp. *We are manufacturing Solid and Serrated Type. *We can weld fin material thickness between 0,8 mm - 2 mm for high frequency welded spiral finning tubes. *It is possible to weld fin thickness less than 0,8 mm but it is not recommended. *Pitch distance is determined according to pipe diameter and thermodynamic calculation. We are able to manufacture fintubes pitch in the range of 3,5 - 20 mm.

4A Esu Pencil is for one time use and hand controlled. In surgical procedures yellow button is used to burn and blue button is used to cut coagulation process. With 3 inputs, it is compatible with all cautery devices. 4A Esu Pencil is used for cutting and fractionation living cell with sudden high frequency which is produced from electro devices in the surgery application.
