These plates, which are preferred and used in many sectors today, provide advantages to their users in every field they are used thanks to their chemical and physical properties. The transparency and aesthetic appearance of polycarbonate, being much lighter and more economical than glass, increases its use. Today, it is more preferable to use polycarbonate instead of glass in greenhouse constructions. It is aimed to maximize the efficiency of production with the choice of polycarbonate material in greenhouses.

Agricultural greenhouses provide a suitable environment for plant cultivation. Plants that are not affected by different weather conditions can be grown in all seasons through greenhouses. In this way, the harvest rate will increase noticeably. Agricultural greenhouse covers to be used differ from depending on the region and the type of plant to be grown. Depending on the grower's needs, there are different additives and production possibilities with different properties. UV Additive increases the resistance of the greenhouse cover to sunlight. UV additives are used at different rates according to the seasonal conditions of the region to be used. The IR (InfraRed) additive preserves the greenhouse heat and minimizes the heat loss between day and night. In this way, it helps to use less energy for heating the greenhouse. It also reduces the risk of frost, prevents plants from getting stressed and accelerates plant growth.

In the cultivation of tomato plants grown in hot and temperate climatic regions, the decrease of climatic conditions to minus degrees may adversely affect its production. Keeping the climate in the greenhouse under control and ensuring its continuity is provided by greenhouse cultivation. Increasing demands and developing agricultural technologies have contributed to the emergence of soilless tomato greenhouses. Tomato, which is the most produced vegetable in soilless agriculture, can be produced for 10 months of the year with soilless agriculture. In hydroponic greenhouses, systems are prepared at a height of 50-60 cm from the ground and a temperature system is established where the ambient temperature will not fall below 11-12 °C throughout the year. It is a production system in which salt level and ph values ​​of tomatoes are made in a controlled manner with an adjustable automatic fertilization system.

Tomato clips, which are our own products produced from %100 original raw material, are mostly given performance in greenhouses because their using is used to reduce labor cost and does’nt damage the stem and makes the seedling elongation to 2 metres. Many insects cause direct and in direct damage to plants.Direct damage ranges from sucking liquid from the plants to marks on the leaves.Much more serious indirect damage is determined by the fact that some insects are carriers of viruses and this causes a reduction of production, fruit malformation and withering of the plant until it dies. The insects most frequently affecting plants (especially the tomato) are Trialeurodes vaporariorum better known as the “white fly” which transmits generic viruses
