Grain drying machines can dry all kinds of wheat, corn, barley, canola, soybean, etc. It reduces the humidity level of grain plants to a level that can be stored in silos. It is used for peeling the shells of wheat, barley, rye and similar grains and for cleaning dust, sand, small seeds, husks, insects and foreign matter stuck on these grains. The grain is cleaned and peeled by means of self-friction with an intense pressure, rubbing against steel metal anchors placed on the rotor, and rubbing against the knitted fabric of a special material that is rolled out cylindrically on the braided liner suitable for abrasion. The dusts are directed out of the pores of the shirt to the dust chamber and to the outlet through the bunker. Wheat, on the other hand, is taken out by directing it to the outlet in the jacket with the angle of the anchors. Application Fields In flour and semolina factories, Cleaning facilities of wheat, rye, barley, corn and similar grains, Used in grain storage silos. The machine is driven by a belt-pulley mechanism and can be used with any air duct or a tarar.

The grain separator is used to separate small and big foreign materials (paper, straws, corn, soil etc. ) from the grain. The product is evenly distributed on the sieves by the adjustment gate at the grain intake as well as the distribution devices on the sieves. The machine consists of a vibrating body installed on a stable chassis. It is driven by two symmetrical vibration motors. The vibration level of the machine is adjusted by changing the inclination level of these motors. Rubber vibration dampeners are used to isolate the vibration. There are two layers of sieves in the grain separator. While the first layer separates the particles bigger than the grain, the second layer separates smaller particles. The grain separator has to be used with an air-channel or radial air separator. This way, the light particles are removed as well.

COMBINED GRAIN SEEDER is a machine hung and towed with a tractor which deposits wheat, barley, oats, sunflower, lentils, chickpeas, beans and similar seeds and fertilizer to the soil in the desired amount and depth uninterruptedly.

Our KM 500+60 silage baling machine has been designed for baling of beet pulp, corn silage and all other rough feed crops. According to the dryness rate and size of the grain particles the machine can bale 450-500 kg. This machine can bale in 1 minute 500kg and in 1 houre 30 tons approximately. The product has a positive role in making the life of farmers convinent and productive. Simultaniously the machine is capable of litter packing as well.

Our KMX 1000+ 60 silage baling machine has been designed for baling of beet pulp, corn silage and all other rough feed crops. According to the dryness rate and size of the grain particles the machine can bale 950-1000 kg. This machine can bale in 1 minute 1000kg and in 1 houre 60 tons approximately. The product has a positive role in making the life of farmers convinent and productive. Simultaniously the machine is capable of litter packing as well.
