Servo motor driven automatic glass sealing robot carries out the final sealing of the insulated glass units, providing accurate sealing of the angles and assuring high operating speed. With its robotic structure, the machine automatically can seal double, triple and structural (step, facade) glasses with maximum quality.

It is used for fast transition in storage, service and processing areas. It can be mounted on panel or wall. Thanks to its ability to move in both directions, it does not cause loss of time during passage. It can be opened 180 degrees and can remain open when necessary. Technical Specification The door leaf thickness is 40 mm and the door frame is anodized aluminum. It is produced from stainless steel, PVC or PPGI material in the desired color. Hinges are double-sided and open to both sides in our doors, which are produced with and without glass. Our specially sealed doors minimize heat losses during space passes. Polyethylene arm and Stainless Steel kick plate are available against impacts. It is produced as a single wing or double wing according to the project.

NEDEX secondary sealant MELTEX hotmelt butyl (hot melt sealant) is a 100% solids, single-component sealant designed for the sealed insulating glass industry. It is formulated from butyl rubber, synthetic polymers and elastomers to give outstanding adhesion to glass and aluminum when fabricated manually or reactivated in semi- automatic equipment. The product is resistant to degradation from ultraviolet light, temperature extremes and water immersion. MELTEX hotmelt butyl is is compatible with inner sealants of NEDEX such as KU-83B and PIB-996. They can be used together, there will be no chemical reactions. Before using MELTEX together with other inner sealants chemical compatibility tests should be done. MELTEX is a secondary sealant for Insulating Glass Unit with specifications according to EN 1279.

Window spacer profiles are used to produce insulating glass. It creates space between the 2 glass panes and holds inside the Molecular sieve which will stop fogging of the insulating glass installed to the Windows of the buildings. Primary and secondary sealants are applied to the glass panes together with spacer profile to complete the combination and have a good sealed insulating glass unit which will withstand differant temperature conditions.
