Transparent Pouches

Kraft Metalized Flat Bottom Packaging with Zip-Lock is manufactured from original Kraft Paper, with 3 layers of laminated material, the middle layer of which is metallized, to protect the freshness of your product by providing oxygen, moisture and light barrier. There is a “Pocket zipper” type reclosable lock system on the front. It makes a difference with the natural appearance of the outer surface of the paper, the high barrier properties provided by the metallized material and the Flat Bottom form. Windowed Kraft Flat Bottom Packaging is manufactured from original Kraft Paper, 3-layer laminated material to protect the freshness of your product by providing oxygen and water vapor barrier. Thanks to the glass-like transparent window on the front, your product can be easily seen by the consumer on the shelf. Thanks to its kraft material base, it is highly a innovative product while being both natural and flat bottom.

Aluminum Doypack has a high barrier feature thanks to the aluminum foil lamination we use in the middle of its 3-layer structure. It provides a high level of protection to your product against light as well as oxygen and water vapor. It is one of the most useful helpers when it comes to maintaining the freshness of the first day of your product throughout its shelf life. The “full” stance on the shelf and the “Premium” appearance of the black color contribute to the attention of your product. Transparent Metalized Doypacks are produced from laminated materials that will protect the freshness of your product by providing an oxygen and water vapor barrier. Your product can be easily seen on the shelf by the consumer, thanks to the fact that the front is completely transparent. As a plus packing company, we apply the foam insert application for all fragile goods. Foam gives protection, durability and organizes your valuable goods. The reels of printed and laminated material are custom cut for the client’s reels for use in their packaging machines. Perforation possibilities. The reels are saves in the finished product warehouse.

Solvent, non-solvent or water-based adhesive lamination capabilities (to combine two or more sheets). The lamination reels recover for an average of 24 hours. The hollow engraving technology allows for cold and line printing, laminating and varnishing/sealing.

Our product is produced from virgin polyethylene and OPP. Its length can be up to 70 + 5 cm depending on demand. Air hole can be added according to demand. OPP self-adhesive bag, single layer is between 25 – 30 microns and polyethylene self-adhesive bag, single layer is between 30 – 35 microns. Printed or unprinted can be produced.

Our product is made from virgin polyethylene. Ziplock bags (resealable bags), which can be printed or unprinted, consists of the dimensions in the table. In addition, our ziplock bag can be easily opened and closed. Single layer thickness might be 40+ microns. Thanks to the lock on the mouth, the air relation is cut off, ensuring that the products remain as fresh for a longer period of time. It is used in textiles, jewelry, chemistry and travel. Ideal for packaging products such as vegetables, fruits, dry food.
