Fan Coil filters are produced from similiar material like synthetic nonwoven, glass fiber, filter foam which are used by casette filters as well, in standard or special sizes upon customer request and fitted to metal frames after tightness test. They are usually used as prefilters by central ventilation systems.

Mikropor produces Fan Filter Units with two stage filtration. Fan Filter Units ( FFU) are based on a push and pull working principle, with environmental air drawn through a G4 class coarse filter to capture relatively large particles. Thanks to Mikropor’s highly efficient HEPA class filters on the second stage, outlet air on the production lines will have the highest level of air purity. Mikropor produces standard or custom sized Fan Filter Units, designed and manufactured to meet the cleanroom application requirements."

Our wet painting booths are manufactured as standard or custom design according to the customer’s needs. For the cabin selection, the dimensions of the parts and the targeted capacity are the determining elements. Our booths are made of stainless steel or galvanized sheet and fully assembled with bolts. In our wet painting booth with solid filter, the air is sucked through the filters by exhaust fans while the unused wet paint is held by paper or fiber filters. And the clean and healthy environment is created by supplying the fresh air to the environment. Teflon (non-stick), solvent based and water based paint applications can be applied in our wet painting booths. We also design Flash off and Positive Pressure rooms for our wet paint plants. In flash off rooms, solvent separation process of painted parts is done. The solvent that released in these rooms is removed by exhaust fans and a healthy working environment is obtained.

EFKC filtered shelter fans are used to supply fresh air. It can be used in two different positions thanks to the by-pass cell. Normally, the air is sent indoors only by passing through the G4 Filter. When we want the air to be cleaned, it is passed through the G4 cassette filter, active carbon cassette filter and M6 cassette filter, which is more sensitive than the coarse filter, and sent indoors. By-pass air dams are made with a sliding system.

UNITS WITHOUT FAN BLUE Activated Carbon Filter Units are used for deodorization and filtration of organic and chemical. Included Ø140x400 mm activated carbon filter and washable G4 filter. Structural shape aluminium frame, zinc-plate panel with noise reduction and flame poof insulating material. 4 types are available. Stainless Steel panel is available.

Cabinet dimensions are 70,130,100 Its weight is 165 kg excluding batteries, with the carrying apparatus. 1.5 mm thick galvanized sheet, while the other parts are made of 1 mm thick galvanized sheet. • Electrostatic powder paint RAL 7035 color code 3-point security system. • The stopper 3 shelves, each of which carries 4 12 volt batteries of 34 kg. Each shelf has a carrying capacity of 136 kg with 4 batteries. With 12 batteries that can be placed in 3 racks, the total weight of the battery reaches 408 kg, the total weight of the cabinet with the batteries reaches 573 kg. • The gases emitted by means of a hose. • An air conditioner 1,000 Watts is used in hot weather conditions. • 2 fans are used for Free Cooling in cool outdoor weather conditions. The fans filter the air from the lower part of the cabin and provide a cool air condition in the cabin with circulation through the louvered holes in the upper part.
