Different than the conventional powder coating booth systems, it have on it additional systems in order to make the booth fast cleanable. As the most important problem at the conveyorised powder coating systems is color changing time, this powder booth model is the most efficient solution. Powder suction is directly from powder coating box that maintains easily fast color change. The equipment is movable, the body consists of a console and a chassis with a vibration table where powder box can be placed. Powder suction is achieved using a conductive pipe that maintains perfect fluidization inside the powder box and a powder injector above it. Powder coating equipment is CE certificated and conforms to the European Norms.

The processes performed in our electrostatic powder coating surface treatment are applied within the framework of European QUALICOAT and TSE standards. All RAL colors of world-renowned paint companies are sensitively processed to increase resistance to corrosion and to strengthen resistance to UV rays.

We produce our customers orders with a 60-meterlong automatic conveyor line and 8x3x2.5 meters electrostatic powder coating box. ATOM KARINCA completely fulfills all the necessary processes and offer perfect surface quality. We perform electrostatic powder coating according to RAL color codes and surface types. Our heat box unit temperature is between 180-200 Celsius So, painted surface that becomes an integral part of the metal part. After final inspections, the materials are checked in the quality control unit, packaged (DIN standard), and then shipped to the customer.
