Our continuous type ovens can be produced as belt tunnel type, internal return (U) type or with span conveyor. Our ovens have the indirect heating thermo-block system with convection heat transfer. It can be manufactured according to power supply sources like electricity, gas or liquid fuel. The inner surfaces of our ovens’ panels are produced with galvanized sheet and the outer surfaces are produced with galvanized sheet steel coated with electrostatic powder paint. Considering the application temperature, the required thickness (usually 160 mm) is determined and only rock wool is used for insulation. Air curtains in the furnace are placed inlet and outlet of the oven to minimize heat loss while increasing the efficiency.

Our Infrared ovens can be produced as conveyor belt tunnel or internal return (U) type. Our ovens have andirect heating system with radiation heat transfer. They are used due to the cure flat shaped parts after wet or powder coating paint applications. They are preferred because they can cure the paint three times faster than the convectional type ovens. They can be produced with natural gas or lamp type infrareds. The inner surfaces of our ovens’ panels are produced with a galvanizedor stainless steel sheets and the outer surfaces are produced with galvanized sheet steel coated with electrostatic powder paint. Considering the application temperature, the required thicknesses determined and rock wool or glass wool is used for insulation.

Our box type ovens have the indirect heating thermo-block system with convection heat transfer. It can be manufactured according to power supply sources like electricity, gas or liquid fuel. The inner surfaces of our ovens’ panels are produced with galvanized sheet and the outer surfaces are produced with galvanized sheet steel coated with electrostatic powder paint. Considering the application temperature, the required thickness (usually 160mm) is determined and only rock wool is used for insulation. For paint applications up to 220 °C, for special purposes up to 400 °C ovens can be produced by our company. The doors of our box type furnaces can be produced as double-sided, top opening or as guillotine door according to needs.

Multi-purpose ceiling opening pallet doors are made of steel material. Parking entrances, Garage Entrances and Service entrances etc. It is an ideal system for motorized and manual use. The 510 mm panels that make up the door are connected to each other with Galvanized steel, panel color electrostatic painted steel or stainless steel (Optional) hinges. Panels with a thickness of 40-42 mm and a thermal coefficient of 0.78 W/m2K are composed of two steel, aluminum or stainless steel plates filled with polyurethane foam of 40 kg/m3 density. There is a polyurethane filling inside the panel, which increases the wind resistance and heat insulation. Thanks to EPDM gaskets, high insulation is provided on the sides, bottom and top, against rain and wind. The doors, which are balanced with the spring system, can be easily opened and closed manually without the need for a motor. The doors have a safety system (optional) against spring breaks (Optional) and rope throws.

Sectional Doors are designed for multi-purpose ceiling opening for industrial buildings. It is made of steel material. It is an ideal system with motor and manual use for all industrial structures such as factories and warehouses. Panels of 615 or 495 mm form the door. They are connected to each other with panel colored electrostatic painted steel, aluminum or stainless steel hinges. Panels with a thickness of 42 mm and a thermal coefficient of 0.78 W/m2K are composed of two steel, aluminum or stainless steel plates filled with polyurethane foam with a density of 40 kg/m3. Sectional doors There are strong steel plates inside the panel that increase the wind resistance. Thanks to EPDM gaskets, high insulation is provided on the sides, bottom and top, against rain and wind. The doors, which are balanced with the spring system, can be easily opened and closed manually without the need for a motor. The doors have a security system against spring breakage and rope throwing.

Our products are manufactured in accordance with TSE and CE EN747 EN 74712012+A1 standards. Our bunk bed is produced from CRST 12 quality 1 mm thick metal profiles. The product is epoxy and polyester resin electrostatic powder painted so that it can be used without abrasion fading and rusting. Our bunk bed is completely disassembled thanks to the special allen screw system. With this special allen screw disassembly system, the durability of the bunk bed increases, does not shake, does not squeak, does not make noise, and does not experience negativities such as screw rubbing. There are 10 iron profile slats on each floor as bunk bed under bed platform. It provides extra safety with 2 railings on the upper floor of the bunk bed. The lower floor has an average carrying capacity of 250 kg and the upper floor has an average carrying capacity of 150 kg. With its high carrying capacity, children, young people, adults, all age groups can use it.
