“Olgunca” is a brand new flavour from the Gulf of Edremit… This region is surrounded by Ida Mountains, which protect the olive trees from harmful winds like a natural windbreaker. The humid, cool Aegean summer sea-breeze blowing from the North Aegea covers olive trees with a protective mist. The olive oil obtained from the ripe olive harvest in this region after mid-December is clear, golden yellow in colour and has a fluid consistency. In addition to the unique taste and smell of ripe olives on the palate, it also leaves a light apple taste and smell.
