Laser cutting of tubes and sections, used in a wide range from the machinery industry to the furniture industry, offers you new pipe and profile construction possibilities that cannot be realized with traditional methods in pipe and profile construction. All kinds of contours and shapes that cannot be made with traditional methods are achieved with laser with low tolerances and at the same time saving time. In addition to the ease of processing, you can also simplify further manufacturing steps with the created contours. Skylights that are built in opening spaces in buildings in order to obtain light from the roof or provide air-conditioning, are constructed with aluminum profiles situated on steel carriers and transparent or opaque glasses. Aluminum profiles use special skylight profiles having condenser channels. Used steel and aluminum profiles are determined with the result of static calculation made in accordance with wind and snow loads. Openning wings can be included on the skylight systems on demand. In our press lines of 1300, 2000, 2500, 2700, and 3500 tons, Ø250 pipes from 75gr to 75kg, 190×190 boxes, and profiles with 410mm bar dimensions can be produced. We can produce white or colored anodized products on the surface and painted products in any code with our paint shop.
