The steel pipes used in the manufacturing of pre-insulated pipes are manufactured longitudinally welded (ERW) or spirally welded (SAW) in accordance with the norms required by the standard TS EN 253 or customer demands. Pipes comprise three basic materials. Carrier pipes are established as steel, copper or plastic based according to the properties of the carried fluids. Casing pipes are manufactured from high density polyethylene (HDPE) raw material, with UV resistance, 100% waterproof and with online corona. PUR ( POLYURETHANE INSULATION MATERIAL) that is injected between the carrier pipe and casing pipe provides heat insulation besides enabling two pipes operating as one pipe by bonding them together.

HASSPIPE produces a high quality range of PVC-U well casings and screens strictly in accordance with the Standard TS 11794 and ISO standarts, class I, II and III. The standard TS 11794 and ISO applies as well for raw materials and workmanship of pipes used in the manufacture of the casing and screen. There are three basic ranges - a standard range for shallow, medium well depth and a heavy duty, thick walled range for greater well depths. The casing and screens are made from 100% virgin unplasticized poly vinyl chloride compound and are coloured grey. They are supplied with a male pipe thread at the spigot end and a female pipe thread at the socket end. No re-worked material is used. The pipe is produced under ISO 9001:9002 Quality Management System. Screens can be supplied with either a plain or filtered surface. Manufacturing piping is one of our specialities. Piping is a versatile aid when sewing – e.g., it can be used along edges, hems, slits, or in seams, for defining dividing seams or transitions dimensionally or by adding colour. Our piping is manufactured using braiding techniques and consists of a tape-like braid/sew-on edge, which has a cord/welt that is more or less thick on one side. This cord defines the edge or the seam. In the case of braided piping, the braid is flexible which makes it ideal for being laid around curves and edges.
