4A Tyvek Reels are high quality products manifactured from tyvek paper and 52 micron white (transparent) (PET+PE) film to be used in plasma sterilization. While 4A Tyvek Reels are suitable for low temperature gas plasma sterilization, they can be also used for ethylene oxide and gamma sterilization if needed. Any dimension between 5cm – 50cm can be made on request. 100m length can be produced as well on request. Products can be produced with your trademark.

We offer two product variants: firstly, a Dry Lithium Heparin syringe, wherein the heparin is encapsulated within a small paper substrate contained within the syringe. Secondly, a Pulverized Lithium Heparin syringe, whereby the heparin is finely dispersed and applied to the interior walls of the syringe via a spray mechanism.
