It is a patented technology that provides continuous, reliable, and safe monitoring of the valve rotation and temperature conditions of engines. VaRoM is an innovative and unique product, provides a vital data for Diesel/HFO Engines which has never been monitored before. VaRoM, is the first solution to be installed on the Inlet and Exhaust Valves of engines, and provides very critical data about the valve rotation and temperature. The valve grinder is breaking new ground in valve grinding. Instead of the traditional colletor chuck/lock assembly, the "DoubleV" working system gives very sharp and precise results and is extremely easy touse.The unique valve locking system is applicable to a wide variety of engines.

In conventional engine system all sensors are connected to outer parts of the engine components and coupled with cables for power and signalization. It was not possible to place sensors inside the engine, or on moving parts because of cable connections or explosive risks. VaRoM, is the first solution to be installed on the Inlet and Exhaust Valves of engines, and provides vital data about the valve rotation and temperature. Thus, operators can follow the valve conditions and apply preventive and protective maintenance against Valve Break Failures. This machine allows to w ash .rinse and dry of mass production parts before assembly and packing. Genenarlly parts in the baskets that are moving on the conveyor are fallen into the machine by manual or pneumaticly. The door locked automatically and wash, rinse and dry operations are handled in the drum. Hot air or vacuum dry is appied. Optianally ultrasonic units can be attached to increase the w ashing quality. Thiss model is employing both spray and soak clening that improves the clenanliness at maximum level.

Rotators are resistant to severe working conditions and are designed to rotate work pieces weighing 5 to 150 tons. It enables the cylindrical parts weld sensitively by rotating clockwise or anticlockwise. In line with customer’s demanded diameter and tonnages, its production can be made auto regulative or conventionally. Features -Through polyurethane coated wheels rotation quakes and uploading hitting are absorbed during welding. -In the applications requiring high temperature and major load, featured steel wheels can be used as well. -Wheels possess self-adjusting feature for small or big diameters.
