ESSAC / ESSOR / ESSOD Filter Drier series are hermetic Filter Drier in compacted bead style for use on liquid line. ESSACTM / ESSORTM / ESSODTM Filter Drier Series are hermetic Filter Drier in compacted solid core for use on liquid line. Moisture removal formula, is prepared as %100 Molecular Sieve targeting maximum moisture removal and acid formation prevention. These series are specially produced for vehicle type refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The unique design enhances the performance of the Filter Drier in commercial type vehicle refrigeration and air conditioning even if there is variable engine revolution problem. Compatible with every refrigerant used in commercial vehicle refrigeration and air conditioning, including R1234yf.

ESSBFS / ESSBFCS Suction Line Filter Drier Series are hermetic Filter Drier in compacted bead style for use on suction line. ESSBFS Series is designed for CFC and HCFC refrigerants with mineral and alkyl benzene oils. At the same time they are compatible with Group I (Ashrae 34 A2L, A2) and Group II (Ashrae 34 A1) refrigerants and blends. ESSBFCS Series are the Suction Line Filter Driers for the systems using CO2 (R-744) as a refrigerant. Moisture removal formula, is prepared as %70 Molecular Sieve and %30 Activated Alumina targeting maximum moisture and acid removal from the system. ESSBFS / ESSBFCS are designed for the removal of the moisture and acidity and / or removal of the acidity formed after the burn-out of the compressor. ESSBFS / ESSBFCS Series have solder type connection, – Extremely high water adsorption capacity compared to others brands, – High acid adsorption / preventation capacity, – 1/4″ Schrader unions on the inlet and outlet, providing easy and fast tracking,

ESSD / ESSDS Filter Drier Series are hermetic Filter Drier in compacted bead style for use on liquid line. Moisture removal formula, is prepared as %80 Molecular Sieve and %20 Activated Alumina targeting maximum moisture and acid removal from the system. For CFC and HCFC refrigerants with mineral and alkyl benzene oils, ESSD / ESSDS Series are recommended. At the same time they are compatible with Group I (Ashrae 34 A2L, A2) and Group II (Ashrae 34 A1) refrigerants and blends. Properties: – ESSD Series have 45° flare type connection, – ESSDS Series have solder type connection, – Extremely high water adsorption capacity compared to others brands, – High acid adsorption / preventation capacity, – Ability to filtration of unwanted particals more then size of 20 microns by the grade filtration, – High crush and abrasion strength even after full capacity, – Working temperature is between -40 °C, +120 °C, – Maximum working pressure is 45 bar, – Minimum flow resistance.

Counterflow cooler is utilized for cooling the feed that comes out from pellet mill in pellet form which is hot, to ambient temperature. It works according to steady air form principle. Air in the external environment contacts the feed in the cooler; while the temperature of the feed drops, warm air is removed from the environment through air aspiration system.Discharge system which is on the cooler, removes cooled feed. Drainage system can be chosen with grid or hydraulic valve depending on the preferred product. Drainage system is adjustable and works according to the capacity. Applications Fields ◾ Feed Plants
