The steel pipes used in the manufacturing of pre-insulated pipes are manufactured longitudinally welded (ERW) or spirally welded (SAW) in accordance with the norms required by the standard TS EN 253 or customer demands. Pipes comprise three basic materials. Carrier pipes are established as steel, copper or plastic based according to the properties of the carried fluids. Casing pipes are manufactured from high density polyethylene (HDPE) raw material, with UV resistance, 100% waterproof and with online corona. PUR ( POLYURETHANE INSULATION MATERIAL) that is injected between the carrier pipe and casing pipe provides heat insulation besides enabling two pipes operating as one pipe by bonding them together.

Elastomeric bearings we have defined so far are the basic types, which constant feature is the fact that they allow all-ways movements and rotation. However, movements can be limited in one or all ways, thus obtaining guided or fixed bearings, respectively. In the first case -guided bearings- the restriction is obtained by means of guides parallel to the supporting axe that allows movement. To make friction as low as possible, PTFE and stainless steel sheets are welded to the guides.

If, on the contrary, a fixed bearing is desired, guides are added parallel to both axes, so that movement is completely blocked. Each elemental layer, subject to stresses and movements, deflects

Elastomeric bearings reinforced internally with one or more steel plates, chemically bonded during vulcanisation are called laminatid elastomeric bearings. Elastomeric bearings permit a smooth and uniform transfer of loads from beams to substructure and also allow beam rotations at the point of support due to deflection of beam under loading. They further allow lateral and longitudinal movement of beams caused by thermal forces. Elastomeric bearings have no moving parts and thermal expansion and contractions are supported by shear capacity of elastomers. There is no sliding motion between bearing and beam or between bearing and abutment.

The behavior of the LDRB isolators is highly linear in shear stiffness and the damping ratio is 2 - 3% of critical damping. There is no creep in the material and the stability of the modulus of elasticity is very good. Advantages of LRDB insulators; they can be modulated in a simpleway and they are less affected by the factors that have mechanical behaviors. These insulators may need additional damping elements.

These isolators are similar to the previous but with the exception that the dissipation of energy is obtained also through the use of one or more lead cores. Lead (used here at a level of gg.go% purity) has the property of undergoing plastic deformation as it dissipate energy and then re-crystallizing after a cycle of plastic deformation. Because of this, it is able to sustain an unlimited number of hysteresis loops.

High damping rubber bearing (HDRB) were developed in 1985 by Professor James Kelly at the University of California at Berkeley. Ozdekan was the first company which manufactured and applied this technology in Turkey, using it in 2014 for the AFAD building in Ankara, Turkey. The isolating system was designed with consultation by engineers. Ozdekan was the first company in Turkey which developed the lead rubber bearings with consultation of university researchers. The HDRB isolators are composed of a series of vulcanized rubber layers separated by reinforcing steel plates, thus providing a device capable of supporting high vertical loads with minimal compression (elevated vertical stiffness) and allowing high horizontal displacements with relatively small reactions (low horizontal stiffness). www.ozdekan.com

In steel construction structures, it is essential to achieve high strength with the lightest material. In these structures, the carrier systems that ensure the safety of the structure are made of steel and connected to each other in a way that protects the static. These structures are preferred first, especially in areas where there is a risk of earthquakes. Steel construction structures have a fully convertible material feature. They are in accordance with the principle of protection of sustainable environmental values, which is the most important of modern architecture. Partation columns and load-bearing walls are not needed in structures with steel construction. With steel construction structures, solutions are found for space needs at maximum width and height. Galvanized pipes are more preferred pipes than other pipe types because they are stainless. Galvanized pipe is widely used in indoor and outdoor applications due to its stainless structure. The fact that steel pipes become unusable by rusting causes both material loss and environmental pollution. Pipes such as water pipes to be used in greenhouses should not be corroded or rusted. Rust contaminating the water to be transported adversely affects the growth of plants. Rusting of these pipes is harmful to human health. Therefore, galvanized pipes are preferred especially in pipes where fresh water passes. As a structure, galvanized pipes are more robust than other pipes. The protective layer on the surface of galvanized pipes, which are more resistant to external factors, prevents the pipe from being scratched. In order to prevent these situations from occurring, the demand for galvanized pipes has increased.

Galvanized is a method applied as a corroborate for the resistance of metals in all weather conditions, prolonging their bench life and preventing corrosion. Galvanized profiles are used more than anti-rust profiles due to their longevity. Galvanized profiles are produced from galvanized sheet metal or by dipping method of black profiles. However, for the selection of higher quality products, products made of galvanized sheet metal or produced as hot dipped should be selected. This coating process extends the bench life of the metal. By cutting the air contact, the corrosion problem of the metal is prevented. Galvanized profiles are obtained by applying the galvanizing method to standard profiles. For the galvanized profile, first of all, it is necessary to know what the galvanizing process is. The purpose of the galvanizing process is generally to prevent corrosion.
