Mikropor Oxygen Generators are a Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) system supplying pure oxygen to the airline. Zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS), an effective adsorbent, separates oxygen and other molecules like nitrogen and argon gas in the dry air. Non-oxygen molecules are adsorbed by ZMS under constant pressure, so oxygen is produced.

"Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) type Nitrogen Generation System that is used to separate and enrich nitrogen from oxygen employs CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve) as adsorbent. CMS adsorbs oxygen and water vapor molecules under a certain pressure while allowing nitrogen to pass through in the line. The Nitrogen Generator consists of two adsorber vessels filled with CMS. Clean and dry air is directed to one of the adsorber beds where oxygen and water vapor are adsorbed faster than nitrogen in the pore structure of the CMS, resulting in increased nitrogen purity of the product gas stream to the desired level (95-99.999% as required by customer)"

Many industries such as the electronic and hospital industries, pharmaceutical industries, food and beverage sectors require the removal of residual oil vapors and odors from the compressed air. Mikropor’s solution for this application is the MCT Series activated carbon towers. With standard pre and after filters such as particulate filters, water coalescers and oil coalescers, the oil content inside the compressed air can be reduced to 0.01 mg/m³ (0.01 ppm) for applications of EXTREME air quality such as hospital, pharmaceutical industries, or food and beverage industries, the residual oil content may need to be reduced to 0.003 mg/m³ (0.003 ppm).

Rotary convection oven has been designed especially for producing cake, pastry, sandwich bread at pastry shops, restaurants, hotels and bakery shops. Owing to rotary platform and heat circulation systems with double fans, in each place on the tray that provides equal heat distribution and baking balance. The oven can be produced with touchscreen or manual control panel. The oven can be produced with Electric or Gas heating systems. The oven manufactured by stainless steel. Energy saving was ensured with a good heating insulation. It works safely owing to it’s limit key rotary platform system and two pieces security thermostats. The required steam quantity supplies by the cascade type powerful steam generator. Hood at the top of the oven is a standard hardware with a aspirator fan. Convection ovens are particulary suitable for baking small volume cake, pastry, sandwich and bread production at patisseries, restaurants, hotels, and bakeries. Hot air circulation is provided by inner fans (one fan for 4 or 5 trays oven, and double fans for 8 trays oven), and spread all over the baking area to provide a homogenous environment. The fermentation unit placed bottom of the oven provides the humidity and temperature needed for fermentation process. Convection oven models for 5 trays is produced only with electric heating system. For the other model 8 trays capacity both electric and gas heating system is possible Control panel can be produced with manual buttons (standard) or touchscreen panel (option).
