Kaleliler has a wide range of production capability of special fasteners with customer specifications and drawings. By the help of our hot forging expertise and avility to produce our own forging dies, we can create reliable solutions for your special inquiries.

Kaleliler is manufacturing threaded rods, studs, anchor bolts within a range of M 12 - M 220. Vaious types of surface treatments including hot dip galvanize are applicable.

Kaleliler is manufacturing various types of steel nuts within a range of M 20 - M 80. Hot dip galvanize, electrogalvanize, zinc flake and variour types of surface treatment types are available. DIN 934,936; EN 14399-4, ISO 4032 , ASTM A563 10S are some examples of our production.

Kaleliler is manufacturing steel bolts from vaious types within a range of M 12 - M 72 . Heat Treatment, Surface Treatments and quality control lab are all INHOUSE. Kaleliler is an expert in hot forging and special fasteners production. ISO 4014,4017,4762,10642; EN 14399-4, EN 15048; Oval bolts, Eye Bolts, Hammer Bolts are some of the products that are produced often. All quality checks are done in our inhouse laboratory and 3.1 B certificates acc. to EN 10204 standard is maintained. Our products is traceable for years by the help f our ERP System.

Esener manufactures fully automatic plow with 3, 4, 5 and 6 inserts with spring. Our plows are produced as 11-12-13-14-15-16 or 14-15-16-17-18-19 inches mechanically adjusted. The materials we use in the plow are of high quality standards. In addition, the materials are annealed at high temperature and irrigated and the quality is increased by tempering at low temperature and its strength and strength are increased. Processing and value adding technologies (cutting, drilling, shaping, welding, heat treatment and painting) are applied to the high quality steels we use in our plows. Thanks to the special spring safety on our spring plows, they work with high efficiency without damaging the tractor and the pullet during plowing in very stony and hard lands. You can use our plow for plowing stony soils, for processing fallow and stubble soils, for raising, breaking and toppling the soil, for covering manure and plant residues in the soil.
