Parts that require CU-Cr-Zr (Chromium alloy) High electricity conductivity, hardness and strength at high temperatures: Are used as point welding electrode and seam welding disc at the source of low carbon steels (Panel radiator, Gasoline warehouse, etc.) and Galvanized steel plate (Automotive and white goods), electrode holder at spot welding machines, plunger electrode at erosion machines and contact busbar at substations.

In addition to its high conductivity and machinability, due to its suitability for processes such as soldering, welding, etc., and its easy formability, copper pipes have a wide range of use such as sanitary installations, solar energy systems, and air and oil installations. As a standard, we can do insulation on copper pipes between diameters of Ø15 – Ø80, as well as in different diameters upon request.

The element that characterizes polyethylene is the molecular weight. Low molecular weight can be grouped into three groups: low molecular weight (PE 300), high molecular weight (PE 500) and ultra high molecular weight (PE 1000).

It is a material widely used in machinery industry. It is a material with relatively hardness, rigidness, slippery and good mechanical strength values. There are various uses for its gear applications, including wheel construction. However, it is not as hard and abrasion resistant as Kestamid, not as slippery as Pom C. Its chemical strength is moderate, and it is resistant to some acids and bases. The polyamide 6 has the ability to collect water on its own. These features have pros and cons. Pros is that it increases the strength of the part against vibration and sudden impacts. This allzws the dynamic stresses that would otherwise occur during part use to be removed within itself. Cons is that it is difficult to achieve measurement stability in the material. In other words, the material is affected even by the moisture in the air and gets changes in the measurement. The tolerances must be observed before finishing the final processes of the part.
