The control system is easy to use and can be programmed via the keypad on the touch screen. The keypad on the touch screen also allows the user to select any program, start and stop the sterilization cycle. Our steam sterilizers are a project supported by TÜBİTAK and provide A quality energy saving. Our steam sterilizers are equipped with an electronic pressure transducer to precisely preserve the required pressure values against changes in ambient pressure.

A PSC60 enterprise-oriented concrete batching plant is a stationary facility for production at an hourly rate of 60 m³/hour. It is of prime necessity for medium and large construction works requiring a constant supply of high-grade concrete. The plant combines an efficient combination of cement, aggregates, water, and additives into an integrated mixing unit for the production of concretes, meeting the most rigorous demands of modern construction. Our indicators that conform with ISO 11140-1 certificates are products that provide convenience to users to evaluate the sterilization process and result. 4A Autoclave Tape is an adhesive tape used in autoclaving to indicate whether a specific temperature has been reached. 4A Autoclave Tapes has a Type 1 indicator. 4A Autoclave Tape works by changing color after exposure to temperatures commonly used in sterilization processes. Tape also features a chemical indicator to verify that it has gone through the sterilization process. They are a safe solution for closing wrapping materials. 4A Autocalve Tape assortments are as follows: Steam Autoclave Tape: 19mm x 50m (4ASAT1950) and 25mm x 50m (4ASAT2550); Ethylene Oxide Autoclave Tape: 19mm x 50m (4AEOT1950) and 25mm x 50m (4AEOT2550); Formaldehyde Autoclave Tape: 19mm x 50m (4AFOT1950) and 25mm x 50m(4AFOT2550); Hydrogen Peroxide (Plasma) Autoclave Tape: 19mm x 25m (4APT). 4A Sterilization Self Sealing Pouches are the products which can be sealed with their self-adhesive feature on the closing part of pouch without need of sealer. 4A Sterilization Self Sealing Pouches are cut and packed as 100 pieces wrapped in film according to requested dimension.

4A Sterilization Flat Pouches can be produced from medical paper as 60gr/m2 or 70gr /m2 and 52 micron, PP+PET green film. 4A Sterilization Pouches are customized with regards to their witdh and length and they are ready-to-use. 4A products comply with ISO 11607 standards while process indicators meet ISO 11140 standards.4A Sterilization Flat Pouches are products in which three sides are closed and one side needs to be closed by final user using closing machine before sterilization process. 4A Sterilization Flat Pouches are cut and packed as 100 pieces wrapped in film according to requested dimension.
