It is the furnaces where the hardening process of various aluminum profiles is happened, in other words, the aging process. Aluminum profiles are loaded into the furnace with the help of loading cars. The profiles which are kept in the oven at about 185 °C for 6-8 hours will be harden with the aging process. The whole operation is programmed with the PLC control unit. Thanks to its safe guillotine doors, they contribute to the air circulation in the interior and provide security with the locking mechanisms.

The pneumatic reference point tilts up and down automatically according to the machine’s working cycle.4 pieces of profile clamping units are positioned manually by the operator according to the places that the CADCAM decides.

The moveable turret type of tool magazine equipped with12 standard tools provide a fast tool change.It is housed in the mobile gantry to minimize the tool change time. An additional magazine for the saw blade with 350 mm dia. ensures the ease of machining on the exterior applications of the profiles. The machine can be used in tandem mode, a work method that allows machine stop times to be reduced to a minimum as it allows workpiece change time (loading/unloading) to be run “while the machine is operating. Automatic clamp recognition and clamp positioning is available.

By means of the additional aggregate tool, various profiles can be machined with 4-axis movement.
