Chef’s Mix; Souffle Mix is an easy to use mixture comprising delicious cacao, preapred to make tasty souffles in various colors. Chef’s Mix; Souffle Mix 1000 g. Oil 550 g. Chocolate 550 g. Water 550 g. Oil and melted chocolate are combined in mixer. Then, adding Chef’s Mix; Souffle mix, the mixture is whisked together in a mixer for 5 mins at a max speed. Cups are baked in a pre-heated oven after having been filled with the prepared mixture. Oven Temperature: 200-220°C Baking Time : Depending on the size of the cup approximately 10 – 15 mins.
