Successful sealing on both capless and non-screw-cap containers such as snap on caps is now possible with a pressure Sealer incorporating an Enercon Super Seal™ unit. Typically, pressure belt sealing is used to replace conduction sealing or to reduce the dwell-time needed in conduction sealing. Sleeve labels can be applied to a wide variety of container shapes, as affected by the heat the film acquires the shape of the packaging unit within the shrinking process. Sleeve labels offer the ability to use the entire surface of the packaging unit most effectively, increasing the amount of visual information and elements that can be provided on the label. Sleeve labels provide excellent chemical and mechanical resistance. No adhesive is involved in the label application process, making the packaging units reusable.

CONTACTLESS DRYING BY MEANS OF HOT AIRThe BF-HL belt dryer allows you to dry your workpieces using hot air. This procedure is particularly beneficial when your workpieces have the following characteristics: Sensitive parts that must not come into contact with each other Parts with tight boreholes Long and bulky parts EFFICIENT DRYING IN THE TUNNEL Your workpieces are transported through a heated drying tunnel on a fine wire mesh belt, which is also available in premium V4A stainless steel. The temperature and speed of the conveyor belt are both fully adjustable. Special equipment includes a high-pressure air knife, which blows the residual water out of the workpieces prior to drying, as well as an extension of the conveyor belt to make placing and removing the workpieces easier.
