WITH U OR PEAR-SHAPED WORK BOWL TFM vibrators are supplied as standard with U-shaped work bowls with straight walls, which can also be ordered with integrated wedge profile for better mass circulation. Pear-shaped work bowls with double-retracted walls are also available for even greater robustness. VIBRATION VIA CONVENTIONAL IMBALANCE MOTORS Powerful conventional imbalance motors generate the imbalance in the trough vibrators. Your TFM vibrator will have one or two imbalance exciters depending on its size.

POWERFUL AND EFFICIENTThanks to their "Multivib" drive, the TMV range of trough vibrators ensures intensive workpiece processing throughout the entire bowl length. The extremely powerful drive also makes the machines suitable for ball polishing and pressure deburring. Bowl widths: 410, 550, 650 and 850 mm Bowl lengths: 1,750, 2,600, 3,450, 4,300, 5,150, 6,000 and 6,850 mm SOUND DEADENING ENSURES LOW NOISE LEVELS Noise levels can be high, especially in a hall. That is why the TMV trough vibrators are fitted with a sound deadening lid, with complete sound deadening housings also available. Larger systems also feature walk-in sound deadening cabins.

Due to an elastic swivel joint on the mounting base of this vibrator series an elliptical, almost linear force is being generated instead of the circular force of normal vibrators. For some applications this allows to use only one vibrator of this series instead of two normal vibrators. TYP A 042 Round pin inserter Description The Streckfuss inserting device Type A 042 offers the economical solution, for the mechanised insertion of round pins, solder posts and or - lugs into p. c. boards. With this device, nearly all customer forms of round pins, solder posts / - lugs can be processed. The loose components are filled into the sorting pot of the vibration conveyor. Trough barriers in the helical of the conveyor, the components are ordered. After positioning, the components are handed to the loading slider, which supplies the components to the inserting tool. Working with this device is save and easy: For assembling, hold the p. c. board with both hands on the edges, and place it under the inserting tool. The p. c. board now lies at the bottom of the pressure stamp, while the tooling pin hole is placed directly under the solder post / - lug shaft looming out of the inserting tool. This has the function of a locating pin. The p. c. board is lifted parallel, so the components shaft enters the tooling pin hole. The insertion process is triggered by a foot switch. Components

The tub vibratory finishing machine, which has a size similar to a washing machine, with a fill volume of 70 l is our standard machine and is ideal for prototypes and small series. A noise protection cover reduces the noise and makes it possible to work in a workshop. The right and left-hand circulation as well as speed regulation from 1,500 to 3,000 rpm provide for various processing possibilities. The abrasive material and workpieces are rotated through the generated vibration. The desired processing process is created through the contact of grinding bodies on workpieces. The programmable timer rounds off the autonomous work process. The machine has a modular construction and can be expanded with an optional paper filter and separator. Both are controlled centrally through the control panel on the TV 95-SL. We recommend the PF440 paper filter for simple and comfortable water treatment. The S95 separator simplifies the separation of grinding bodies and workpieces.
