MG 1020 SEALING MACHINE WITH CLOSING MAGNET Pulse sealers MG 1020 series, with 1020 mm sealing bar and suitable for sealing polyethylene, pvc and polypropylene bags. They have a special timer for adjusting the sealing time based on the thickness and type of material. The MG sealers are complete with a manual cutting unit for the trimming of the sealed bags and/or the creation of bags from tubular reels (if the machine is equipped with a roll holder). The sealing bars must be closed manually by the operator and are automatically held by a magnet until the end of the cycle. There are special supports with mechanical pedal, for the manual sealing machine and with electric pedal for the sealing machine with motorized bar closing. There are also special models in stainless steel and with 2 parallel welds of 3 mm.

With the new generation of our combination machines, we have continued to develop the new diversity for forming pipes. Geometries that effectively replace high-cost and expensive turned parts can be formed directly at the pipe end in the endforming machine – for a final component of a single workpiece that is ready for use without elaborate soldering or welding. Implementation of the combination can be specified by you or based directly on the forming geometry. This is usually done using up to 6 axial forming stages and at least one rotary unit. Trimming, as well as axial and rotary forming, may require 2 rotary forming stations. Simple trimming or deburring after forming at the pipe end are no demanding challenges. Therefore, all our axial forming machines and combination machines are equipped with one or several single-drive axes. They have a servo-electrical drive and can be used in each of the holders for the forming stages, making the system is very flexible and compact.

The boards are cut o the endless mat in the saw section. The process becomes a discontinuous one that is characterised by cycle times from this point on. The saw section includes the board edge-trimming and saw units. The board is cut by saws that are positioned at right angles to the endless board and that cut straight proportionally to the feed of the press.
