The mechanical counterflow cooler for pellet is designed to cool hot pellets by means of a counter-flow stream of cool air which enters the cooler chamber from the bottom through the inlet at the bottom of the device and leaves it through the outlet located at the top of the cooler. An corresponding layer of material is maintained in the cooling chamber which is fed through an inlet sluice located in the upper part of the cooling chamber. When the maximum filling level in the cooler is reached, the sensor activates the discharge grate, which cyclically discharges the cooled product into the discharge hopper until the rated minimum level is reached. The minimum and maximum fill levels in the cooler chamber is regulated by manually adjusting the position of the fill sensors. In the lower part of the cooler, there is a discharge mechanism which ensures even removal of material from the cooler chamber.

The falling film principle requires an even distribution of the feed liquid. To achieve this distrubution one or more distribution trays are located in the top head of the evaporator over the complete tube sheet. Our proven distribution system makes sure that the inner surface of each individual tube is properly wetted. The liquid film moves down the tubes by gravity force. Heat applied through the tube wall effects boiling-off the light fraction from the film. The picture shows a co-current operating evaporator with vapour and liquid leaving the bottom of the evaporator into the separator vessel.

One of the most efficient ways to elevate bulk materials vertically is a bucket elevator. This bucket elevator is suited for transportation of cereals, seeds, fertilizers of granular products. A bucket elevator consists of a series of buckets attached to a belt with sprockets located at the top and bottom of the unit. Bulk materials are loaded into each bucket as the bucket moves past an inlet point. As the bucket goes over the head sprocket, materials pour out of the bucket into a discharge. Application The SG 175 support grinder is designed for grinding the conical seating surface of valves of medium speed diesel engines on a standard lathe. Handling The support grinder is clamped in the toolpost located on the top slide of the lathe. The grinding angle corresponding to the required valve seat angle is adjusted by turning the top slide of the lathe to an angular position which corresponds to the valve seat angle and which is defined by the template supplied with the grinder. The valve stem is clamped in the chuck of the lathe and the valve face is ground by feeding the grinding wheel into the rotating valve face. Features The precision grinding spindle is permanetly sealed and lubricated for lifetime accuracy. The wheel guarding system is designed to the prevailing safety regulations. The cone-shaped head of the template is provided with a bore receiving the dressing diamond so that the grinding wheel can be properly dressed after adjustment of the grinding angle.
