Injection simulation In order to limit unnecessary expenses and optimize the time of our customers we have introduced the injection simulations. It is a tool that simulates the plastic injection molding process. This software is a real plastic injection machine in itself, since it allows us to test different types of injection and thus, correct CAD models and make design changes before beginning

We produce knives and tools for the processing of plastics in packaging individual products or product groups. Knives for plastics are designed for wrapping and packaging machines for packaging food and beverages as well as other types of products, for example for bulk food packaging. For example, for Laudenberg, HDG, Mespack, Corazza, Petripack, Benhil and other machines. Mechanical knives for the textile industry We also produce various types of mechanical knives for the textile industry. Heated knives We also produce heated knives that allow easier material separation. Heated knives for plastic are used where the packaging material needs to be cut and subsequently sealed. The knives can be heated according to the material chosen and use up to 230 °C. Knives for recycling

The screw elements can be mounted on a square shaft. You transport bulk materials into bins or silos via rotary movements.

Thanks to an approval according to various EU regulations, we can offer you a top material with the casting polyurethane Intec E for extreme applications in contact with food. Whether for small quantities from 1 or for large-volume components weighing up to 900 kg - Intec E covers the entire range in hardnesses from 45 Shore A to 93 Shore A.

There are a variety of methods used to process plastic. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages and are better suited for specific applications. These methods include: injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, transfer molding, reaction injection molding, compression molding, and extrusion.

There are currently 14 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 60 to 250 tons in our production plant. The maximum weight is about 600 grams. We process both bulk and construction materials. We process materials such as: - PP, - PE, - PVC, - PA6 (also modified varieties - e.g. modified with glass fiber up to 40%), - PA6.6, - POM, - PBT, - Thermoplastic elasotmers, - SAN, - PS, - PC, - PMMA.

PA 6, natural / black extruded is a tough material with high resistance to abrasion and impact. PA 6 is commonly used as a substitution material for bronze, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, as it has significant weight advantages. PA 6, natural / black has a specific gravity of 1,15 g/cm3 and bronze has 8,8 g/cm3 making the comparative volume price very attractive.Using PA 6 also reduces lubrication requirements and is non-abrasive to mating surfaces.It features good mechanical properties.Nylons can absorb up to 8% water (by weight) under humidity or submerged in water. This increases the excellent shock and vibration resistance but can also lead to dimensional changes. Mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties are accordingly influenced by moisture absorption. Applications: Pulp and paper industry, offshore and marine, textile, general machine building, food industry, material handling, electronics, construction, mining, aerospace and many more.
