Flameproof air warmers ATEX II 2 G/D IECEx & ATEX Ex II 2 G/D Ex d IIC T2 – T4 The „FWDT“ range of air warmers with an easy to adjust external thermostat is designed for heating small work or storage areas and similar applications, located in zone 1 and 2 or Zone 21 and 22 Hazardous areas, where the flammable atmosphere is a group IIA, IIB or IIC Gas Group.

Enclosure heaters for hazardous areas ATEX II 2 G EEx e T4 ATEX & IECEx The self-regulating properties of the HEF enclosure heaters eliminate the requirement for a thermostat. Coupled with the compact design, this makes the HEF ideal for anti condensation, frost protection and temperature control where the enclosure is located within Zone 1 and Zone 2 or Class I, Div 2 Hazardous Areas. Certified to ATEX Directive 94/9/EC IECEx requirements, they are suitable for use where the flammable atmosphere is Group IIA, IIB or IIC Gas.

Heating circulation thermostats are specially designed for temperature control of externally attached applications with a small volume. The units are fitted with bath tanks made of stainless steel or polycarbonate. The thermostats have M16x1 pump connections at the rear side as well as a stainless steel bath cover with a filling opening. All models are fitted with an overtemperature and low level protection system according to safety class III/FL (DIN 12876) for use with flammable fluids. A powerful circulation pump ensures optimal heat transfer to external attached applications. The new multi-touch controller Pilot ONE offers a brilliant 5.7" touchscreen with graphic functions and a comfortable navigation menu. All important operating parameters and temperature values are neatly displayed on the touchscreen.
