Although our specialty is the machining of technical plastics, we also offer the customer who wishes, the possibility of acquiring semi-finished material in a wide variety of plastic materials. The usual formats of semi-finished products are usually in plate, tube or bar, with the possibility of cutting as we make ourselves. We also offer advice on the characteristics of the products and their particular properties, to guarantee compliance with our client's requirements.

Standart Prof ® TPV is a double layer hose with thread reinforcement. Black inner and outer layer with yellow marking line. Standart Prof ® TPV show no colorless, no kinks and no cracks while use any season. Made of thermoplastic rubber (TPV) , that is a vulcanized EPDM rubber, that provides large temperature range of use -55+90°C, outstanding elastic and deformation resistant qualities, resistance against UV rays up to 50 years. Packing method: the hose is winded up in a coil, fixed by a fastening tape and placed in shrink wrap.

Standart Prof ® Factory develops thermoplastic elastomers with required qualities for automobile, building, agriculture, sport, shoe, medicine, children goods, food, household appliance and packing industries. All our raw thermoplastic elastomers are developed by our own engineering laboratory and pass the strict quality control. Standart Prof ® Factory thermoplastic elastomers draw a great adhesion to plastics РР, РЕ, PS, ABS, PA. Have wide hardness range by Shore scale, easy to recycle, low energy consumption, easy coloring and short cycle time. Packing method: 1 ton in a cardboard box or 25 kg in a plastic bag.

Standart Prof ® Factory hoses for providing air and oxygen under pressure to welding machines and compressors. Two TPE layer with reinforcing threads and strengthened thickened shell, blue marker line. The hose retains elasticity up to -40°C and retains deformation resistance up tp 70°C. Maximum burst pressure is 5 MPa. Packing method: the hose is winded up in a coil, fixed by a fastening tape.

The segment Performance Additives was established with the intention of offering our customers from the plastics industry an extensive and exclusive product portfolio. This product portfolio comprises a wide range of high-performance additives for various plastics. Fine-tuned to individual customer needs we deliver different additives, catalysts und colorants to PET producers.

In the field of plastics we offer metal strips with PVC plastisol and/or organosol coatings, as well as polyamide plastics. PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), PC (polycarbonate), PET (polyethylene terephthalate) and PLA (polyactide), TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) and others. These can be produced with a layer thickness of 5-200 μm Depending on the plastic, higher layer thicknesses can also be achieved. In addition, most plastics can also be equipped with antibacterial properties; of course in all colour variations. Although a one-sided coating more common, we are able to apply the same and/or different plastic adhesives for both sides.

Iniper 117 (Tert butyl peroxy 2ethylhexyl monocarbonate) is a clear liquid which has C13H26O4 as chemical formula. It is mainly used as radical initiator to induce polymerization for the production of EPS (expanded polystyrene), ethylene, acrylates and methacrylates. Further it is used for the crosslinking of natural and synthetic rubbers as well as thermoplastic elastomers. Lastly it is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins at elevated temperatures. Availability Europe Iniper 117 (TBEHC) is on stock in our local warehouses. Our lead time is about one week if delivered in 10 KG, 16 KG or 25 KG PE drums. Siegling Extremultus live roller belts are energy-saving, durable components of driven live rollers. The quality and performance of the belts determine how quickly and reliably items our customers’ items are distributed. The belt’s tension member plays a key role in this process. Today’s standard is polyester fabric (E). But polyamide sheet (P) or aramide fabric (A) are also used. The tension member is embedded in a thermoplastic intermediate layer. Rubber elastomer or urethane coat the two friction layers, which are the top face of the belt (towards the roller) and the underside of the belt (towards the drive and in some cases to the idler roller). The combination of tension member and coating lends the belt its special characteristics – tailored to conveyor type and purpose. The splice requires no extra adhesives (in the Aramid and Polyester line) and can be made quickly, easily and cleanly on site.

We supply various types of SEBS - EPDM / Silicon and EPDM rubber products of the highest quality. SEBS is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) with hardnesses between 20 and 85 shore A. They are also called technical rubbers, synthetic rubbers or elastoplastics, but then added with syrene. In our range you will find a wide range of rubber products, but we are also happy to be of service with customized SEBS rubber. Advantages of SEBS rubber SEBS rubber is comparable to EPDM, but has the advantage that small series can be made for a favorable price. Another big advantage is the resistance of this material. For example, SEBS rubber is UV and ozone resistant and resistant to extreme heat and cold. This ensures that this type of rubber is very widely applicable. SEBS has been described by Greenpeace as an acceptable alternative to PVC in toys. Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP) are the most commonly used building blocks for SEBS.
