Extrusion lines for thermoforming plastic products

KUZEY granulators are designed according to Thermoforming production lines. Irregular draw speed of the thermoformed sheet skeleton is adapted accordingly to Kuzey Granulator . Our Crusher works in-line or off-line in synchronization with all our thermoforming and extrusion lines for continious Production as a result of standard size of Final Flake products.

Our Thermoforming systems are comprised of tray forming, automatic weighing - dosing of liquid/granule / powder filling, product vibration, film sealing, cutting and labeling sections within a single processing and packaging line. Product collection and sorting are also combined to the system. perFORMA300 series are able to work with all kinds of the top and bottom webs. Depending on the requested packaging structure, perFORMA300 series are capable of both MAP and Vacuum packaging applications. Double- acting form or homogeneous piston form units can be fitted to the production line.

Our range of products includes an upper film which tightly seals packaging. The technique allows to preserve the quality, freshness and taste of cold meat. It is suitable for use on high speed flow-pack machines and as a top film in MULTIVAC thermoforming packaging machines. Our product line includes also a resealable type of such packaging.

Our company can manufacture various thermoformed ABS plastic parts which our customers require. We can manufacture aluminium mould and after we manufacture ABS sheet by our extrusion line we can thermoformed the plastic sheets. Finally we use our 3-axes and 5- axes CNC machine that trim the products to finalize. Our company working with various company from different sectors.
