Westron R407 C a Non-Ozone Depleting, Non-Toxic, Non-riammable Refrigerant developed for Residential and Commercial Air-conditioning applications. Westron 407C can also be replaced with R22 and also used as a Retrofit refrigerant with R22. Widely used in Residential and Commercial Air-conditioning systems, Non flooded Evaporator Chillers, Heat Pumps, Unitary Air-conditioning Systems. Westron 407C also used to replace R22 Refrigerant in existing Medium Temperature Commercial refrigeration Systems including Supermarket display cases and other similar refrigeration eguipment. Westron 407C is a HFC Zeotropic blends of three refrigerants namely R 134a (52 %), R 125 (25%) and R 32 (23%). In the case of R22 Retrofit refrigerants if there is any efficiency loss equipment design modification is required with some changes.

Fastcool R 410A refrigerant has been proved as a better refrigerant than R 22 because during various tests it has shown 5 to 6% higher energy efficiency rating (EER) compared with R-224. This makes the OEM manufacturers design compact air conditioning equipment and that is the reason millions of compact air-condition units are sold around the world where Westron R 410A is used as refrigorants4.Fastcool R410a refrigerant gas can be used with Polyolester (POE) and not with Mineral Oil or Alkyl Benzene Lubricant since it is not miscible with Refrigerants.POE Oil absorbs moisture quickly when it is exposed to the atmosphere. Therefore, it is important to handle this very carefully and avoid prolonged exposure to air2.
