Together with a chain tensioner set, sprocket set or a tension pulley, the clamping element makes a readytoinstall tensioning unit suitable for tensioning chain and belt drives. Suitable for both tensioning directions. The clamping elements are maintenancefree and tearoff resistant. The clamping element is fastened to the machine component through a bore. If necessary, a heavyduty dowel pin can be inserted in the positioning notch “P” for torque support.

The containers are picked up by the in feed star wheel and transferred to the container table. The container rotation begins when they are positioned between container plates and centering bells. The speed of the feed roller is adjusted to the required label length for continuous web tension. A standard threading unit ensures optimal film feed. In the cutting unit, the labels are precisely cut while a PLC command and servo-motor provide an exact cut-off point. Two narrow strips of hot melt glue the labels together, which are applied by a heated glue roller to the leading and trailing label edges. The label with the glue strip on its leading edge is transferred to the container. This glue strip ensures an exact label positioning and a positive bond. As the container is rotated during label transfer, labels are applied tightly. Gluing of the trailing edge ensures proper bonding. Depositors (extruders) are custom-manufactured depending on the needs of the Customer and the parameters of the oven. All projects are coordinated with the Customer and the oven manufacturers. The machine frame is manufactured in the following types: •U-shaped frame; •frame of intermediate section; •frame mounted in the oven tension station. Mechanisms and units of machines are specially designed considering the increased operating temperature and continuous equipment operation throughout the day. (for making various types of cookies, gingerbread, etc.)

MODULAR CONSTRUCTION The system comprises five main components whose frames have been designed for later installation of various options. DAMBACH roller conveyors consist of a stable frame with rollers bolted in place. The rollers are driven by an easily serviced tangential chain drive with tensioning unit housed in a drive enclosure. The entire drivetrain is enclosed for safety and to prevent tampering. Flanged wheels rotate with the rollers to help transport goods carefully. The frame is height-adjustable. DAMBACH chain conveyors consist of self-supporting chain strands mounted on a rigid frame. The number of strands can be varied to suit the application. Duplex chains with straight side plates guarantee careful transport of your goods on an optimised support surface. Chains are supported on low-friction slide rails and can be individually tensioned. All chain strands are driven via a common driveshaft fully enclosed for safety. The mounting frames bolted to the main frames are height-adjustable.
