Full programme for Vgroove pulleys with TaperLock system conical bushings. We can supply complete range of Vbelt pulleys with taper lock system and we are also specialized in the construction of special pulleys whose diameter can reach a maximum of 2500 mm. PiPulleys are produced according to the interational regulations BS 37901981DIN 211ISO 4183. Those pulleys are made of GG25 grey cast iron and a special black phosphating treatment on the surface is added. They can be used up to a peripheric speed of 30 mt/sec. Beyond this limit it is advised to usehigh resistance materials. Our pulleys are balanced according to the ISOG16 standard. Pbushes are made of GG25 grey cast iron and a special black phosphating treatment on the surface is added. They have a H7shaped bore and a complete set of screws to be fixed at the pulley.

These Locking Assemblies are of single-taper design with a self-locking taper providing good self-centering action and concentricity, as well as increased torque capacity. A pre-centering hub section is not required. Integral push-off screws for disassembly are provided. This unit can be placed deep inside a bore due to it’s design.
