SYSTEM SOLUTIONS FOR THE STORAGE OF SLURRY Following the further development of the Lipp dual seam system and the container material it was possible not only to build silos for bulk materials, but also silos for the storage of liquids, such as liquid manure. Since slurry is also rather more aggressive and can attack concrete or similar vessels, especially over the years, Lipp always offers its system solutions for the storage of slurry in principle in V2A stainless steel (1.4301), when it is clear that the tank will remain open. Possible changes are also taken into account with the customer during the planning process and in case of a future modification of the slurry tank consideration is given to an alternative material (V4A) or the possibility of a subsequent roof construction. Thus, the container retains its flexibility and can later be converted into a fermenter, secondary fermenter or other container.

FN fuel tank cap in galvanised steel, with external bayonet coupling passage diameter 31 mm and sealing gasket. It is available hermetic version. FN fuel cap is usually used for fuel tanks in agriculture and building industry. D.60.TE fuel tank cap with key, in plastic material, hermetic, with internal bayonet coupling, passage diameter 60 mm with sealing gasket. This product is equipped with lock protection door with “DIESEL” writing, to protect it from dust, debris residues and rainwater. At your request, we can supply it equipped with safety chains or cables. This product shall be sold with our bayonet filling systems passage 60 mm. The D.60.TE tank cap with key is mainly used in truck tanks, on agricultural and construction equipment, and in power generator tanks. We guarantee always quality and reliability of our product.

Inspection tank caps male threaded, in plastic material, complete with sealing gasket and fixing flange. We supply two different types of this product: Inspection cap for Ø 124 mm hole Inspection cap for Ø 215 mm hole We can also provide them equipped with safety chain. The inspection tank caps are generally used for canopies of power generators and on tanks of agricultural machines and industrial vehicles, spray dryer, water tanks and so on. M60X2 tank cap with key female threaded, in plastic and steel material, passage diameter 54 mm, complete with sealing gasket. It is available hermetic or ventilated and we can supply it also with fixed code key and equipped with removable filter. For a perfect match, we suggest to combine this cap with our M60X2 threaded filler necks or with our niches 60 F series. M60x2 filling plug is widely used on tanks of industrial and agricultural vehicles, for example on tanks for trucks, agricultural machines, earth-moving machines and on tanks for cleaning machines. D.60 steel fuel tank cap for gasoline, diesel or biodiesel, internal bayonet coupling passage diameter 60 mm, with sealing gasket. It is available hermetic or ventilated and, at your request, we can supply it in different colors for various needs in the fields of use and it can be equipped with safety chains or cables. This product shall be sold with our niche series 70 for connection to flexible fuel hose passage Ø 70 mm or with bayonet filling systems passage 60 mm, which can be possibly provided with anti-syphon device or removable filters. Thanks to its feature and its ergonomic design, the D.60 cap with key is widely used on tanks of trucks, on building and agricultural machines, on earth moving machines, on generating sets tanks and so on. P3 filler neck male threaded, in steel or aluminium material, passage diameter 32 mm, to be welded on tanks or to be connected to flexible pipes for fuel, hydraulic oils and other fluids. This product is available in different materials and, on request, we can provide it with vent connection, removable filter or welded to a suitable fixing plate. P3 filler neck is supplied in combined with our P3, PGE and IGP threaded tank caps and it is generally used on tanks of construction and agriculture vehicles, such as earth moving machines and motor mowers, on machines for cleaning and environment and in fuel and oil tanks of special vehicles, such as go-karts and remote controlled model cars. P3 oil tank cap female threaded, in plastic material, passage diameter 32 mm with NBR sealing gasket. It is available hermetic or ventilated. On request, we can supply versions with different colours, customized writings and oil logos. We also provide versions with modified design for easing the handle even when worker uses work gloves. We supply P3 filling plug combined to our P3 threaded filling system, possibly also equipped with safety cable and removable filter. It is however possible to obtain the threaded filler neck profile directly from the tank molding. Horizontal Water Tanks & Bowsers These Horizontal Tanks & Bowsers are designed for the transportation of liquid such as water and liquid fertiliser. The tanks are designed to mount onto straight to flat surfaces with a unique pin mounting system without the need of mounting frames or steel mounting straps and are highly impact resistant and easy to fill. The horizontal plastic tanks are manufactured from WRAS approved polymer for the storage of drinking water (black, boat blue or natural coloured tanks only). These can be used as sprayer tanks or water bowsers for agricultural sprayers with a range of sprayer camlock fittings available to suit your sprayer. The optional Ball Baffle System guarantees fluid stability for safer operation, reducing fuel usage and mechanical wear & tear.
