Immersion heater ATEX II 2 G Ex d IIC T3 – T6 ATEX EN60079-0 und EN60079-1 The Exheat „RFA” range of flameproof rod-type immersion heaters is suitable for installation in process tanks, safety showers, engine sumps, pressure vessels and similar plant, located in zone 1 and 2 Hazardous Areas where flammable atmosphere is a group IIA, IIB or IIC gas. They are suitable for heating all process liquids or gases which are non-corrosive to the materials of construction.

The material for this Fluorpolymer-coating, which will be applied with a specific method, is highly resistant against chemicals and acids, and has extraordinarily advantages, compared with common coating and lining systems.

The deposit is equipped with lateral ventilation grilles, openeable top, hinged doors, handle with lock equipped with double key and watertight collection tank. Comes with safety stickers. It is the user's responsibility to verify that the products intended to be stored and moved are compatible with the construction material and any painting of the deposit.

A 75-ton horizontal bitumen tank is an extra special storage vessel designed to hold a thick, tacky material that is derived from the refining process of crude oil. Such tanks find very broad applications in asphalt plants, road works, and any other industry that requires continuous and dependable supply of bitumen. A 75-ton tank has a bigger capacity, therefore making it better suited for large projects that need considerable quantities of bitumen for continuous production and application. Some practical advantages are encompassed by the horizontal design of these tanks. It allows easy access during maintenance, cleaning, and inspection necessary for ascertaining the life expectancy and efficiency of a tank. Equipped with heating systems, insulation, and safety features, these tanks maintain the right temperature and viscosity for keeping the bitumen in workable condition for the binder to be used in their respective uses.
