LIPP® Tank Refurbishing Quantities change and existing tanks become too small – these are also problems that frequently arise. In such cases, the mobile machine technology from Lipp using the LIPP® DoubleSeam System or the LIPP® welding technique offers a solution that is as simple as it is costeffective, while being extraordinarily stable. Tanks can be installed on site in any size required and can be placed in an existing steel or reinforced concrete basin using a mobile crane. The existing tank volume is utilised, eliminating the need for expensive demolition work. There is also a range of materials to choose from for the tank itself so that it can be optimally matched to the intended application. VERINOX®, the combination material developed by LIPP® consisting of galvanised steel (for the outside of steel containers) and stainless steel (for the inside of containers), is characterised in particular by the excellent costbenefit ratio that it offers.

SINGLE AND DOUBLE PE CONTAINMENT TANKS FOR 1000 LT TANKS. - DIRECT LOAD Direct load containment tanks made of sturdy polyethylene, very resistant and light. They are suitable for the safe storage and emptying of 1000 liter tanks. In the models with direct loading, the grid or pallet supporting the tank are replaced by the presence of special lateral supports which make the product particularly robust. The TankSponge Eco absorbs water that sits at the bottom of an oil storage tank. The weight in the tank sponge helps the cage sink to the bottom of the tank where the water collects. There is a super absorbent polymer within the insert to absorb the water. The super absorbent polymer doesn’t soak up any fuel, only the water. There is a 3 metre string attached to the insert, so it can be removed and replaced with ease. There is a cage around the insert to show you when it’s full and needs replacing. Benefits The tank sponge reduces the risk of water damage in an oil tank that can get into a boiler system/range cooker, machine tanks or generators. Having a weight in the sponge will ensure that the sponge lays flat at the bottom of the tank where the water is.
