On request, we can supply ball caster tables / ball transfer units tables adapted to your individual requirements. We usually use sheet metal panels, which are manufactured, edged and welded on all sides, in accordance with your size specifications. The standard table models are galvanised, but can also be supplied with powder-coated surfaces in different RAL colours, in bright steel or stainless steel. Ball caster spacing patterns are manufactured in accordance with your individual requirements. We supply every size of table. In the case of surfaces larger than 2,000×3,000 mm, several table plates are put together to make one table. The ball casters / ball transfer units are mounted by means of press fitting and are easily replaceable. They can be mounted in rows or positioned alternately.

These toe clamps can be used on machine tables or adapter plates. The positive down force holds the workpiece down on the supporting surface. The square washer can adapt slightly to an angular position i.e. the workpiece does not have to be exactly parallel. The clamping washer has a smooth side for machined surfaces and a serrated side for rough faces.

The original design of this practical table means that it can be stored and transported using the least amount of space. When in use, it can be set to two different heights: a) with one 720 mm pole as a table to sit at, b) with 2 poles with total height of 1200 mm as a bistro table to stand at. The poles that are not required, are held tidily in a bracket under the tabletop. The table has chrome plated poles, a sturdy powder coated metal welded base and a Werzalit tabletop (diameter: 700 mm). Despite its sturdiness, it only weighs 13.5 kg, is easy to move and no tools are required for assembly.Ideal for use in catering or at parties, exhibitions and other events.

The standard strokes for each axis are 100, 200 or 300 mm. The same options as the 309L tables are available (handwheel, knob, indicator, locking, base plate). The choice of the type of guide is also the same (bronze or ball bushings). The axial positioning accuracy of these tables is <0.15 mm (in practice 0.02 to 0.10 mm). Positioning tables with base plate Base plates are only available for standard strokes (100, 200 and 300mm). The lower plate allows the table to be fixed by the 4 holes in the central zone, while without a base plate, the table must be fixed by the end plates.

Screw step is 1 mm per round and axial precision of these tables is <0.05 mm after locking in position (<0,10 mm before locking in position). Grip knob, position indicator and maxi stroke The shaft outlet is threaded to screw in the grip knob with or without a position indicator (or the handwheel, but it can’t be used with an indicator). The maxi stroke is 100 mm, and any intermediate stroke can be produced. Compact lifting table, miniature cross table and base plate A version « Z axis » allows to fix the table only by its end plate. It can be fixed directly on the carriage of another table for a YZ mounting.
