Synthetic cages - Import export

The cage is made of synthetic resin, which helps reduce the weight of the device in which the needle roller cage is incorporated. In addition, by optimizing the shape of the cage, the number of needle rollers has increased compared to high carbon steel cages of the same diameter, increasing the load capacity.

Cages are used to position and keep the balls distanced from each other at the pitch circle diameter. We offer a variety of different cage architecture and material tailor for each customer application. Cages are constructed of brass, steel, or synthetic materials. Brass and steel cages are manufactured at WIB. We also manufacturing our own tooling and can adapt cage designs to meet the requirements of the application. For certain applications, ball bearings without cages or full complemented bearings are manufactured.

The IKO Ball Slide, which uses aluminum alloy for the table and bed, is a lightweight and compact limited linear motion guide unit. Since the ball is guided by a cage made of synthetic resin and rotates on a high accuracy round shank way, it can obtain light and smooth motion. Easy Mounting Since the product is properly preloaded, it can easily gain a stable linear motion only by fixing it against precisely grounded mounting surface with bolts. Excellent Corrosion Resistance The ball and way are made of stainless steel and the surface of table and bed have anodic oxidization coating, allowing high corrosion resistance.

Axial needle cage assemblies Axial needle cage assemblies, composed of synthetic or metal axial cage assemblies with integrated needle rollers, have an extremely low overall height. They tolerate high axial forces acting in one direction, radial forces must be taken up separately. The deployment of axial needle cage assemblies requires that hardened and bevelled thrust surfaces may be used as raceways. Thrust bearing washers Thrust bearing washers are punched, hardened and polished and can be used as shaft or housing washers. These washers are appropriate when the adjoining machine part when not hardened, is rigid enough and of a stable form. Axial needle bearings Axial needle bearings are components made up of axial needle rollers and cage assemblies and axial washers with centring bore. They can be combined with needle sleeves, needle bushes and needle bearings. The thrust surface for the cage assembly must be hardened and bevelled. The product types AXK and K are applicable here
