The ultra-compact and extremely light Nova Swiss solenoid valve is designed for hydrogen and inert gases applications for an operating pressure of up to 1000 bar. Your applications can now be realised even more cost-efficiently thanks to its minimal dimensions. The piloted 2-way on/off valve, manufactured from stainless steel, is monostable (normally open or normally closed). It features a flow coefficient KV = 0.6 m³/h. If the current drops at the solenoid coil, the normally closed valve closes reliably and tightly (safety function).

The direct operated solenoid valve offers all the advantages of the pilot operated solenoid valve at operating pressures up to 1000 bar, but is even smaller and more compact. Here too, the focus is on cost efficiency and reliability. The direct operated 2-way on/off valve is made of stainless steel and has a monostable design (normally open or normally closed). Its flow factor (KV) is 0.006 m³/h. The direct operated normally closed solenoid valve also has a safety function. In case of a voltage drop, it closes automatically, reliably and tightly.

It is a high performance motionless mixer design that creates a very high degree of mixing in a short length. It is capable of mixing materials with very large differences in viscosity and volumetric ratios. It is a cost effective static mixer design with moderate mixing performance capabilities. It is most suitable for use in small diameter turbulent flow and laminar flow applications where the mixing task is simple and where it’s characteristic features of low pressure drop and open geometric structure are best for the specific application. For difficult applications, the high performance GX static mixer is recommended for laminar flow applications. The Helical static mixer is available in metal and plastic construction in a wide variety of configurations and sizes.
