The Digimes Universel is a 5 KHz carrier current bridge for resistive, inductive or differential transformer transducers connected in full or half bridge. The sensitivity is adjustable by the user between 2 mV/V and 100 mV/V according to six measuring ranges. Gain and offset can be adjusted with potentiometers to allow calibration of the sensor. There is also the Digimes Compact, dedicated to one sensor.

The CLA TSF-000 through TSF-5 are bidirectional, inductive type torque sensors. The measurement system is composed of an axis mounted on flexible pivots with cruciform springs allowing frictionless torque measurement. The axis rotation angle measurement, which is proportional to the measured torque, is performed via an inductive displacement sensor with carrier frequency. The small rotation angle, approximately 1° for all measurement range, allows very good linearity and negligible hysteresis.

The test System includes a precision geared motor, a TS Series Torque Sensor integrating a 5 000 pulses encoder. CTS 100 to CTS 102 have a built-in security clutches to avoid system overload by mishandling when not in use. MSD Mega Speed Dynamometer is the latest Magtrol innovation in the very high-speed motor and system testing. Challenged by its numerous customers in the Dental and Surgical field, Magtrol is pushing the limit to a level which was never reached. The braking effect is based on Eddy-Current induced on an aluminum disc directly mounted on the DUT (Device Under Test) shaft. Torque is measured frictionless by a 20 mN·m Reaction Torque Sensor having a resolution of 0.01 mN·m. Due to the thermal effect on the disc, the Mega Speed Dynamometer is not suit­able for endurance testing, but can be used to generate a fast curve or perform point to point testing. An infrared sensor monitors the temperature of the disc and stops the test in case of overheating. The disc can be designed and sized according to the motor parameters.
