Corrosion testing requires the realistic simulation of the process environment. These environments often include HPHT (high pressure high temperature) conditions. The High Resolution Voltmeter System, DX 005 / 020 from STL is designed in accordance with a delta-sigma converter concept that is for an effective signal readout from the different sensors that are used for quality control, production, laboratory, or field applications. It is engineered to provide high linearity and resolution stability of a calibration instrument whose system is capable of dealing with up to 3000 simultaneously measured channels.

The analogue to digital converter series of type „DX“ are specially designed for a large dynamic range and high stability, which makes them suitable for almost all applications.These ADC’s have internal digital calibrations resulting in highly significant signal output. Due to this digital signal processing, all signals have the identical transfer function which allows for high precise post-processing of the data.
