The IST AG MK33-W capacitive RH humidity sensor has been developed especially for high-end measuring applications and extreme environments making it optimal for oil applications. The MK33 excels through its extremely high humidity and temperature working range and its outstanding chemical resistance. The humidity sensor is capable of measuring 0 % RH to 100 % RH (maximal dew point +95 °C) with a capacitance of 300 pF ±40 pF (at 30 % RH and +23 °C) and operates within a temperature range of -40 °C to +190 °C. IST AG offers wireless RTD Platinum SMD sensors for automatic PCB assembly processes with wrap-around contacts on both ends. We offer different SMD technologies for different applications and temperature ranges, e.g. SAC305-tinned wrap-around contacts for the normal PCB assembly process, high temperature solder wrap-around contacts for high temperature applications up to +250 °C or Ni/Au wrap-around contacts for special requirements or wire bonding applications. The SMD sensors are available with various accuracies of up to IEC 60751 F0.15 (IST AG reference class A) and in different dimensions (0805/1206) with other dimensions upon request. The IST AG FS7.4W gas flow sensor has been developed for applications with temperatures up to 400 °C. The IST AG LFS1505 conductivity sensor offers a typical cell constant of 0.68 cm-1 and a conductivity measuring range from 100 μS/cm to 200 mS/cm (extended range from 10 μS/cm to 200 mS/cm possible with cell-constant correction) within an operating temperature range of -30 °C to +100 °C. However, it easily withstands temperatures over 130 °C enabling processes like sterilization by autoclaving. The IST AG LV5 sensor is a flow-through biosensor and offers the possibility for multi-parametric measurements, since up to 4 analytes can be measured simultaneously (glucose, lactate, glutamine, glutamate). The sensor features a very small flow cell (1 µL) and therefore requires minimal sample volumes when used as an analyzer. The IST AG P14 2FW Thermo was designed especially for dew point applications and humidity generators. The favorable one-chip solution consists of a capacitive humidity sensor, based on the standard P14 sensor, together with a heating element, which, at the same time, works as a valid Pt100 sensor. The sensor achieves outstanding measurement accuracy due to the optimal thermal coupling which enables a fast recovery time. Due to heating from the Pt100, humidity is quickly released and enables fast re-measurements after condensation. Furthermore, the Pt100 sensor heats out gases or vapors from the polymer, which might cause a drift of the humidity signal. The P14 2FW Thermo humidity sensor is capable of measuring 0 % RH to 100 % RH (maximal dew point +85 °C) with a capacitance of 150 pF ±50 pF (at 30 % RH and +23 °C) and operates within a temperature range of -50 °C to +150 °C.

The IST AG PW RTD sensor has been developed as an alternative to the traditional wire-wound sensors. The PW sensor combines the advantages of high accuracy and precision of the wire-wound sensors with the advantages of thin-film sensors that offer robustness, small dimensions and very low hysteresis at an optimal price level. Compared to a standard thin-film sensor measuring up to +300 °C in IEC 60751 F0.15 (IST AG reference class A), the IST AG PW sensor measures with high accuracy up to IEC 60751 F0.15 (IST AG reference class A) within a wide operating temperature range from -200 °C to +600 °C. Due to the special construction and stable characteristics curve, the IST AG PW sensor is also suitable for low temperature applications. As an additional feature, the PW sensor is available in round ceramic housing with the same dimensions as a traditional wire wound sensor, meaning easy interchangeability into existing temperature applications.

With its small dimension and high sensitivity, the IST AG K5-W capacitive RH humidity sensor was developed for applications where an accurate measurement in low humidity ranges is required. The sensor is characterized by the outstanding stability in low humidity, very low drift and a high chemical resistance. The TSic 306/303/301 Series of temperature sensor ICs is specifically designed as a low-power solution for temperature measurement in building automation, industrial and mobile applications. With a standard calibration and an accuracy of ±0.3 K in a temperature range of 80 K (e.g. +10 °C to +90 °C), the TSic sensors are more accurate than a class F0.3 (IEC 60751) platinum sensor in the range of 80 K. The range can be shifted up or downwards to reach a high accuracy of between e.g. -30 °C to +50 °C.
