The Nova Swiss hand pump with spindle drive is particularly well-suited to use as a pressure generator for smaller high-pressure systems. It is ideal for all applications in which common high-pressure media are used, including those with low viscosity. This pump can be used anywhere and is not dependent on a compressed air or power supply. The finely threaded spindle allows precise adjustment to the desired pressure. Operation is facilitated by three long crank arms. The stem does not rotate, thus significantly extending the longevity of the packing

Powerful and quiet Our Pumps The pumps PA, PB and PF represent the heart of our adjustment system. The pump PF with ist size of 65x60 mm is in comparison with the standard types PA and PB a very compact aggregate. Thanks to the flexible hose and minimum space requirements, the pumps can be installed in any position and even outside your system. This means that they can also be installed in very slim or complex units. The pumps lift weights of up to 800 kg – quietly, steplessly and completely in sync. Elegant and mobile The lifting castor HR combines the benefits of a castor and a levelling foot. Through the simple rotary motion of the hand crank the hydraulic oil is pressed out of the pump and flows through the hydraulic tubing into the connected lefelling foot. Mobile work and transport equipment can be fitted with the lifting castors and be converted into stable working surfaces. Up to 10 lifting castors can be driven by one hydraulic pump. The Nova Swiss gas injection unit does not require compressed air, as it is the case with pneumatic amplifiers. The integrated lubrication unit allows the system to be operated at very low speed, which in turn enables the dimensioning of extremely small quantities.

– Bacteria and virus filters provide the first, fundamental level of hygienic protection. A basic requirement if your system does not include an embedded filter. – Overflow filters offer an essential safety mechanism to prevent fluids from entering the pump or central vacuum system. Two redundant overflow mechanisms should be present in any aspiration system. – Odor membranes effectively trap gases and odors, especially useful in containers used over multiple hours.
