VARIOcouple® The VARIOcouple® apparatus for torque and force measurement manufactured by CLA is a very precise instrument mainly used in development laboratories of watchmakers. The HPX high-pressure calibrator is a high-precision calibration instrument for pressures between 0 bar and 700 bar. The functional calibrator is supplied in a sturdy carrying case and pressure can be quickly generated manually. It is therefore ideal for use in the field. The pressure is measured by the integrated LEX1 manometer and is both shown on the display and output via the RS485 interface. Additional functions such as zero point resetting, peak and trough pressure value indication and leak measurement make it even easier to take measurements.

Magtrol’s Model 3411 Torque Display is designed for use with all Magtrol TS, TM, TMHS, TMB and TF Torque Transducers. This easy-to-use device powers the transducer and utilizes high speed processing to display torque, speed and mechanical power. It includes a tare function to help offset any slight residuals caused by couplings or suspended loads. The 3411 may also be used with any torque sensors requiring 24 V DC power (500 mA max.) with ± 5 V DC torque output (± 10 V DC max.) and open collector, TTL or CMOS output for the speed signal.

Designed for use with any Magtrol Hysteresis, Eddy-Current or Powder Dynamometer, Magtrol In-Line Torque Transducer or auxiliary instrumentation, the DSP7000 can provide complete PC control via the USB or optional IEEE-488 or RS-232 interface. With up to 500 readings per second, the DSP7000 is ideally suited for both the test lab and the production line.

The TSC Series is the Torque and Speed Conditioner used to connect Magtrol Eddy-Current (WB) or Powder (PB) Dynamometers to the DSP7000 Dynamometer Controller. Powered by the dynamometer controller, and based on a precision instrumentation amplifier, the unit amplifies and filters the torque signal. It also provides power and connections for the speed pickup sensor which is located in the dynamometer.
