The CLA SC-002 is bidirectional, resistive type force sensor. The measurement system is composed of a semiconductor strain gage. The measurement shaft is made of a 0.5mm diameter axis with a positioning notch for calibration and measurement. The design of that sensor is specially made for a high resonance frequency.

Magtrol’s Cogging Test System is a stand-alone test system designed to control and measure Detent Torque, Cogging Torque and Friction Torque. The test System includes a precision geared motor, a TS Series Torque Sensor integrating a 5 000 pulses encoder. CTS 100 to CTS 102 have a built-in security clutches to avoid system overload by mishandling when not in use. The geared motor drives the MUT (Motor Under Test) at a low speed from 1 to 10 rpm (respectively 8 rpm for CTS 103 and CTS 104), while acquiring its cogging torque related to angle position. The torque measurement covers a range up to 1 N∙m (depending on the selected torque sensor) with an accuracy of ± 0.1 mN∙m (for TS 100 – 50 mN∙m and TS 101 – 100 mN∙m). The ODMR (Overrun Deperming and Measurement Range System) is a system dedicated to reduce the magnetic signature of ferromagnetic surface vessels and submarines. It allows a magnetic treatment to control the permanent magnetic signature of the ships in such a way that the ships magnetic signature is minimized. The deperming efficiency depends on the individual class of vessel undergoing treatment, the magnetic behaviour of the steel used, the building process and the magnetic history of the vessel and the operational area with respect to its vertical magnetic field component. The fields of the ODMR are sufficient large to allow a deperming and ranging for all missions required. The ODMR can be designed for all kind of surface vessels and submarines independing of the displacement with maximum length of upto 250 m length, with the dedicated beam depth.

The pivoting support DVW 1 is a simple accessory for some ODAC® laser head models used for such applications. With the continuously pivoting motion of the laser heads combined with the electronic "minimal value detection" of the relevant dimension, the height (or thickness) will be measured very accurately in most cases. The device needs no additional electronics. It is, together with the laser measuring head, directly powered and controlled by the respective processor unit. The CAPAC HS measuring system measures the coaxial capacitance of plastic-sheathed conductors with high accuracy during the production process.
