The IST AG PW RTD sensor has been developed as an alternative to the traditional wire-wound sensors. The PW sensor combines the advantages of high accuracy and precision of the wire-wound sensors with the advantages of thin-film sensors that offer robustness, small dimensions and very low hysteresis at an optimal price level. Compared to a standard thin-film sensor measuring up to +300 °C in IEC 60751 F0.15 (IST AG reference class A), the IST AG PW sensor measures with high accuracy up to IEC 60751 F0.15 (IST AG reference class A) within a wide operating temperature range from -200 °C to +600 °C. Due to the special construction and stable characteristics curve, the IST AG PW sensor is also suitable for low temperature applications. As an additional feature, the PW sensor is available in round ceramic housing with the same dimensions as a traditional wire wound sensor, meaning easy interchangeability into existing temperature applications.

The IST AG 850 °C Pt Temperature Sensor Series is the successor of the 750 °C Series offering temperature measurements from -200 °C to +850 °C. These RTDs are characterized by excellent long-term stability and fast response time with low self-heating even in harsh conditions and extreme temperatures.​ The Pt temperature sensors up to 850 °C are vibration and temperature shock resistant and offer simple interchangeability. Furthermore, the IST AG 850 °C Pt Temperature Sensor Series can be customized to fit application specific requirements.​

The iTHERM TMS31 is a versatile, modular multipoint temperature assembly designed for temperature average detection and profiling in grain, organic bulk material storage silos and in oil, fuel storage tanks., The device’s mechanical robustness and accurate temperature sensors offer the necessary characteristics for safe, reliable and economic product storage operations. In its standard configuration it is available with up to 20 thermocouple (TC) or RTD sensors fitted to a primary metal rope.

Specially designed for applications where small size of the probe and light weight are crucial. The TMS21 can be highly customized due to its versatility. It can monitor the temperature on a very high number of points along a line just by using one process connection. It is composed of several low diameters thermocouples protected by one overall primary tube thermowell. The compact thermometer measures the process temperature using a Pt100 sensor element (Class A, 4-wire). An optional integrated transmitter converts the Pt100 input signal. In the version with integrated electronics, the device automatically detects the connection variant (IO-Link or 4–20 mA).

The RTD cable probe is easy to install and provide a high operational safety due to reliable and accurate temperature measurement in common processes. The probe is specially suited to temperature measurement in machinery, laboratory equipment and plants in gaseous or liquid medium like air, water, oil, etc. Without additional thermowell the probe sheath is directly in contact with the process medium. This enables the cable probe to detect rapid temperature changes fast and accurate.

The Waterpilot FMX21 transmitter with capacitive, oil-free ceramic measuring cell is typically used in the process and environmental applications for hydrostatic level measurement. With HART output, the measuring ranges can be freely adjusted and a density-compensated level measurement can be activated. It is certified for drinking water and offers integrated temperature measurement. Versions for applications in wastewaters and sludges or usage in salt water are also available.

Basic thermometers offer reliable temperature measurement performance with basic sensor technology, a standard extension neck and a fixed, non-replaceable insert for use in non-hazardous areas. The devices are available with optional Bluetooth®-enabled head transmitters with 4 to 20 mA output or HART® communication, providing enhanced measurement accuracy and reliability compared to directly wired sensors.
