Profiles materials - Import export

Each bearing is designed around the application it is used in and sometimes that include a profile on the inner or outer ring. We have an array of profiles that we can use on our bearings, including common ones listed below or something completely unique to your application. In collaboration with our application engineers, we will work with you to ensure the right profile, tolerances, material, surface finish, and even the harmonics of the profile are fine-tuned to ensure quite operation, even at high speeds.

With our highly modern 3D plasma cutting equipment, we undertake plasma cuts of spherical bottoms/heads, dished boiler heads, pipes, profiles and metal sheets in material thickness of 1 - 50 mm. The iTHERM TMS31 is a versatile, modular multipoint temperature assembly designed for temperature average detection and profiling in grain, organic bulk material storage silos and in oil, fuel storage tanks., The device’s mechanical robustness and accurate temperature sensors offer the necessary characteristics for safe, reliable and economic product storage operations. In its standard configuration it is available with up to 20 thermocouple (TC) or RTD sensors fitted to a primary metal rope.
