The HPX high-pressure calibrator is a high-precision calibration instrument for pressures between 0 bar and 700 bar. The functional calibrator is supplied in a sturdy carrying case and pressure can be quickly generated manually. It is therefore ideal for use in the field. The pressure is measured by the integrated LEX1 manometer and is both shown on the display and output via the RS485 interface. Additional functions such as zero point resetting, peak and trough pressure value indication and leak measurement make it even easier to take measurements.

The K-102, K-102I, K-103-A and K-107-B interface converters enable communication between KELLER devices with an RS485 interface and a computer via RS232 (D-sub connector).

The K-404-T interface converters enable direct communication between D-line products with an I2C interface and a computer via USB.

The K-114 interface converters enable communication between KELLER devices with an RS485 interface and a computer via USB.

This pneumatic hand pump can generate negative pressure/vacuum and pressures of up to 25 bar. Thanks to the integrated fine adjustment valve, any calibration pressure can be configured precisely and rapidly, making the pump ideally suited to testing measuring equipment. An additional manometer (not supplied) is needed for reference measurement of the configured pressure. KELLER recommends manometers in the LEX1 series with a suitable pressure range.

Depending on the stirring or mixing task, Buchi reactors can be equipped with stirrers of different types. For gas entrainment as in hydrogenations, the Rushton type turbine stirrer is often used.

bmd 075 - 5400 magnetic couplings Torque range: 50 - 5400 Ncm Temperature range: -50 °C to +500 °C Pressure range: full vacuum - 500 bar / 6000 psi Materials: stainless steel, Hastelloy®, Tantalum, Titanium, ceramic etc. Buchi magnetic couplings (bmd) are produced for mixing of chemicals of low to very high viscosities and under full vacuum to high pressure. Magnetic couplings are combined with stirrer motor and speed transmission for manual speed adjustment or with frequency converter. Buchi bmd magnetic couplings are available for ATEX rated area.

Heat exchangers are mainly used in vacuum distillation systems for cooling and condensation in the absorption and rectification processes in chemical plants. Glass heat exchangers enable visual process control during scale-up and production and processing of multiple (acidic) chemical substances. We offer glass spiral type and shell & tube type heat exchangers. These are often operated in combination with a secondary condenser for additional vapor condensation. The glass spiral heat exchangers can be operated in parallel to form large heat exchange areas for higher condensation performances and larger reactors systems in pilot plants. They feature easy cleaning and operation of cooling media at up to 3 bar pressure.

The machine can be equipped with support arms in order to simplify the processing of sheet strips with a large cutting width or those that protrude a long way out of the machine during bending. The support arms can be installed on the bending beam.
