Fully automatic control of oil temperature and dry ice snow production process guarantees continuous dry ice production without any supervision right from the beginning. The P75i can be ordered as a version with a reduced noise level or with an automatic extruder plate changer. Simply change the production from one set pellet size to another size at the push of a button. SMARTCOLLECT is a data management software for easy and safe measured data acquisition as well as data analysis focussing on energy management. SMARTCOLLECT acquires, stores, visualises, evaluated as well as automatically reports all relevant consumption data of power, water, gas or heat. A modern graphic user interface permits intuitive and easy operation even in numerous measuring points. Functions and measuring points may be very easily supplemented at any time due to the modular design.

The Advanced Data Manager is a flexible and powerful system for organizing process values. Thanks to its intuitive operation, the Memograph M adapts quickly and easily to every application. The measured process values are clearly presented on the display and logged safely, limits are monitored and analyzed. Via common communication protocols, the measured and calculated values can be easily communicated to higher-level systems and individual plant modules can be interconnected.

The Deltabar PMD75 differential pressure transmitter with with piezoresistive sensor and welded metallic membrane is used in all industries for continuous measurement in liquids, vapors and gases. The 3-key operation enables simple and reliable commissioning and operation. The integrated HistoROM data module allows easy management of process and device parameters. Designed according to IEC 61508 for use in SIL2/3 safety applications.

The Deltabar FMD78 differential pressure transmitter with metal sensor uses two capillary diaphragm seals. Typically used in process and hygiene applications for continuous measurement of pressure differences in liquids, vapors, gases and dusts. The integrated HistoROM data module makes the management of process and device parameters easy. Designed according to IEC 61508 for use in SIL3 safety applications.

The Deltapilot FMB70 with the condensate resistant Contite measuring cell and two-chamber housing is typically used in the process and hygienic applications. It is made for level measurement in liquid and paste-like media in open or closed containers and unaffected by possible foam formation. The integrated HistoROM/M-DAT data module makes management of process and device parameters easy. Designed according to IEC 61508 for use in SIL3 safety systems.
