Merbenit 2K60 is easy to process, compatible with paints and offers protection against corrosion. Furthermore, the adhesive is shock and vibration resistant, offers tremendous sealing properties and is noncorrosive on surfaces.

KASAG is a qualified sub-supplier for nuclear technology, for which we have an ASME-manufacturer permit. We process stainless steel and special materials for you corresponding to nuclear standards with regard to material traceability and quality documents. With KASAG as partner, safety comes first. Cryo technology is used for generating extremely low temperatures of under -150°C. Special physical effects can be used in the process for liquefaction and separation of gases. The Procell nucleation additives developed by Promix are specially adapted to the Microcell foam extrusion of plastic melts. They lead to microcellular foam structures, a key factor for high mechanical strength of the foamed product. Homogeneous, very fine-cell foam structures are the key to high mechanical strength. Promix has developed specific Procell nucleation additives. These are specially adapted to the Promix Microcell foam technology and lead to microcellular foam structures. Promix gas dosing stations for physical foaming have been specially designed and developed to meet the needs of foam extrusion. Microcell foam extrusion systems from Promix are used for a wide variety of applications and for almost all polymers. Thanks to the production of very homogeneous microcellular foam structures, high-quality foam products with very low densities and excellent mechanical properties can be produced. Physical foaming can reduce material consumption and thus costs by an average of 20%. This not only saves money but also has a positive impact on the environment. Promix Foam extrusion systems set standards in the production of microcellular foam products with very homogeneous cell structure and high process consistency. The systems operate with environmentally friendly blowing fluids nitrogen or CO2 and are easy to integrate into existing or new extrusion lines. This very compact optical system with an original design allows two groups of lenses to be moved perfectly coaxially over several millimeters. MPS Microsystems offers a complete range of high precision ball screws for positioning less than 5 µm. Based on the known Diamond ZEUS D50 Fusion splicer, which provides fast, easy, and high performance field terminations of Splice-On Connectors (SOC), we have developed a new Kit with the aim of simplifying the field repair or termination of outdoor connectors. The Kit contains everything that is needed to prepare, handle and splice tough outdoor/military and industrial cables with an outer diameter of 3 mm to 8 mm, including a cleaver and an automated stripping machine with heated jaws. Once the cable is fixed on a sliding holder, all three operations can be carried out without additional cable manipulation.

The special feature of the new DiaFlex fan-out connection is that the fiber whips can be removed and replaced via a connector system in the divider. This provides greater flexibility in the installation of fiber-optic networks. Cable ends can be replaced flexibly, quickly and without spending a great deal of time or money, and cable installations can be extended as is necessary. Thanks to the feed-in cap, which has a small design, preassembled cables can be inserted directly into pipes or cable ducts. There is therefore no need for expensive splices. The cable and the fiber whips are manufactured in the fiber design and quantity that you requested, inspected and delivered with the corresponding test reports. Diamond offers High Temperature (HT) fiber optic metal assemblies developed specially to withstand operating temperatures beyond the range of conventional plastic connectors over extended periods. The HT assemblies rely upon a combination of specialized assembly techniques and materials, together with special fibers with appropriate coatings suitable for deployment in harsh environments. Multimode fibers are increasingly being used to transmit high power and connectors are incorporating a modular design to help eliminate the need for a splice. It ensures that overvoltage surges which occur in signal cables (e.g. 4 to 20 mA), in communication lines of Field buses (HART, PA, FF) and in power lines are safely passed into the ground. The functionality of the electronic component to be protected is not affected as, using the impedance-free connection of the protection unit, interference voltage drops cannot be introduced.

The ODMR (Overrun Deperming and Measurement Range System) is a system dedicated to reduce the magnetic signature of ferromagnetic surface vessels and submarines. It allows a magnetic treatment to control the permanent magnetic signature of the ships in such a way that the ships magnetic signature is minimized. The deperming efficiency depends on the individual class of vessel undergoing treatment, the magnetic behaviour of the steel used, the building process and the magnetic history of the vessel and the operational area with respect to its vertical magnetic field component. The fields of the ODMR are sufficient large to allow a deperming and ranging for all missions required. The ODMR can be designed for all kind of surface vessels and submarines independing of the displacement with maximum length of upto 250 m length, with the dedicated beam depth.

The Delta Line Phoenix Drive product family is the next generation of highly integrated motor control solutions. By processing all real-time critical functions within the drive, the Phoenix Drive minimizes communication traffic, reduces controller dimensions and decreases the overall system cost.
