The ASCO Dry Ice Pelletizer P15(i) is a compact and powerful dry ice machine from our iSeries line. Typically, the ASCO CO2 Gas Dosing System is used together with water desalination plants. The system is equipped with a CO2 pressure reducing valve, filtration unit, CO2 gas flowmeter, CO2 regulating valve, pressure gauges, safety valves and a completely prewired control cabinet. In case of maintenance the system provides a manual bypass line, which also can be monitored by the flowmeter. Herefore, changing a filter cartridge or doing any other service work on the system is quick and easy! As raw and fitting material ASCO uses mainly stainless steel. The ASCO LH900 Liquid CO2 Filling Pump has been developed as an universal unit for filling high pressure CO2 cylinders by weight. Like all ASCO Equipment, the Cylinder Filling and Weighing System is thoroughly factory pretested before despatch. Thanks to the separate control unit, the pump can be placed in a different location. Easy operation Switch on your ASCO LH900 and the unit automatically tares itself to „0“ which will show on the indicator display. After placing a cylinder on the platform, the display will show the accurate tare weight of the cylinder, allowing the operator to check whether the empty cylinder weight is correct. The chosen filling weight can now be set on the display by pressing the relevant keys (when filling the same size of cylinder, the filling weight needs only be entered once). When the desired filling weight is reached and displayed, the solenoid valves of the ASCO LH900 will automatically switch to run the system in bypass.

ASCO CO2 Gas Revert Recovery Systems are engineered to efficiently recover the revert CO2 gas from ASCO Dry Ice Pellet and Block Machines which normally direct the revert (flash) gas to the atmosphere. When dry ice is produced the conversion rate from liquid CO2 to dry ice is approx. 4045 %. This means 5560 % is lost to the atmosphere. This conversation rate is a physical fact and therefore, unfortunately, not to change. With a CO2 Revert Recovery System, however, most of the CO2 can be recovered which leads to a final conversion rate of approx. 9095 %. This way, the dry ice production costs are reduced up to 50 %.

Merbenit 2K10, a twocomponent adhesive, achieves high strength regardless of the humidity. It adheres to various materials and surfaces, even if they are not breathable. Merbenit 2K10 has a long processing time, a chemically neutral curing system and is permanently elastic between 40 °C and + 90 °C. Furthermore, Merbenit 2K10 offers tremendous sealing properties with excellent resistance to weathering and ageing. The adhesive is virtually odourless and tolerance compensating.

The lifting column for industrial and assembly tables The lifting column SQ consists of a colorless anodized aluminium profile with a cross-section 45x45 mm. The stainless steel tube is guided in a plastic bushing and is moved by a spindle drive. Up to four lifting columns can be connected to a control box and operated synchronously. There are T-slots on 2 sides of the leg (width 8mm). These allow the mounting of crossbars and attachments along the entire length of the column. Powerful and quiet Our Pumps The pumps PA, PB and PF represent the heart of our adjustment system. The pump PF with ist size of 65x60 mm is in comparison with the standard types PA and PB a very compact aggregate. Thanks to the flexible hose and minimum space requirements, the pumps can be installed in any position and even outside your system. This means that they can also be installed in very slim or complex units. The pumps lift weights of up to 800 kg – quietly, steplessly and completely in sync. They are powered by an electric drive unit or hand crank. Simple and convenient Our drive Systems Our pumps can be operated with a hand crank or an electric drive unit. Universal and compact The linear unit is both a compact and sturdy lifting element. It consists of a linear guide with cylinder. It is installed directly in or on the existing object. This means that several tables and devices can be easily fitted with a single lifting system. The linear units LA, LD and LG can be mounted with the four M5 threads on the profile or using separately available mounting plates. The Dimension 45x45 mm of the new linear unit LG fits perfectly in steel profiles 50x50 mm. The linear unit LG can withstand higher bending moments and is more stable than the linear unit LA with dimension 35x35 mm. The linear unit LH provides the stability and smooth running of the table leg TA. It is mainly used in place of the linear unit LA when large lifting distances are required. Accessories

Strong and slim The cylinders are the basic elements of all our hydraulic linear units and table legs. They consist of a brass tube and have a piston rod made of stainless steel. Thanks to perfected technology and precision work, our cylinders guarantee a quiet, fast and precise lift for height and tilt adjustment. With diameters of 16 and 20 mm, the slim hydraulic cylinders fit perfectly in narrow guides and existing applications. Up to ten cylinders can be controlled simultaneously. This allows the realisation of very complex designs.

Elegant and mobile The lifting castor HR combines the benefits of a castor and a levelling foot. Through the simple rotary motion of the hand crank the hydraulic oil is pressed out of the pump and flows through the hydraulic tubing into the connected lefelling foot. Mobile work and transport equipment can be fitted with the lifting castors and be converted into stable working surfaces. Up to 10 lifting castors can be driven by one hydraulic pump. For spindle driven workplaces and tables Set up ergonomic workplaces for diffrent areas with the elegant spindle lifting column SL. It is used for assembly tables, in assembly systems, for mechanical engineering, height adjustable beds and massage tables. The column SL consists of two extruded aluminium profiles with a plain anodised finish, guided by plastic gliders. Each column has an internal motor that drives the threaded spindles. These are driven synchronously by the control unit. The T-slots on 3 sides (width 8 mm) allow the connection of crossbars, shelves, attachments and mountings along the entire length of the column. The Nova Swiss hand pump with spindle drive is particularly well-suited to use as a pressure generator for smaller high-pressure systems. It is ideal for all applications in which common high-pressure media are used, including those with low viscosity. This pump can be used anywhere and is not dependent on a compressed air or power supply. The finely threaded spindle allows precise adjustment to the desired pressure. Operation is facilitated by three long crank arms. The stem does not rotate, thus significantly extending the longevity of the packing

Our coil systems are specially designed to generate very large magnetic fields in 1 to 3 dimensions. Every system essentially consists of 2 units: The coil system and the current control system to set the coil currents. System for the demagnetization of naval ships and subsequent magnetic surveying on a magnetic demagnetization and surveying equipment installed on a pier, with the special feature that the ship is stationary during the entire treatment process. Treatment and magnetic measurement of Navy vessels in combination with low cost and area economy lead to a range that combines the advantages of ODMR and CDMR, where all system entities are installed vertically on a low-level magnetic jetty or pier. STL has developed this idea becoming the Half-Space Deperming Range (HDMR) providing cost and time effective deperming and measurement processes for Navy vessels with an optimal benefit-cost-ratio. Above sketch shwos the HDMR combining simulation and deperming coil system integrated on an existing jetty.

With the continuous and seamless conveying system Easychain, even narrower curve radii can be realized than with the „bigger brother“ Deniway. This is particularly noticeable when complex, three-dimensional layouts are required. In addition, the highly modular system can be quickly installed and converted. The system is based on rollers that reduce friction and thus both energy consumption and wear. That is why Easychain is robust, reliable and largely maintenance-free.

Skyfall combines conveying, buffering, sorting, consolidating and production processes in one system. It is based on shuttles and trolleys combined with application-specific load carriers, along with the use of gravity. Skyfall can be used in the third dimension to save space, thus freeing up valuable floor area for value creation processes. With its extensive range of functional accessories, the system has universal applications and is readily expandable with additional functions and capacities.

The Deniway plate chain conveyor is based on a chain supported by low-friction rollers. Thanks to low rolling resistance, very long conveying distances can be achieved without troublesome transfers and using only a few drives. The 3D layout capability allows continuous material flow over several levels. The system is designed as a modular kit, so it scales easily. A line can thus be modified and extended with very little effort. In this way, all processes taking place in a conveyor can be linked together. The virtually maintenance-free design guarantees a long service life with low running costs and high efficiency.

Denisort Compact is a modular vertical sorter designed for the sortation of items with a weight of up to 12 kilograms. Total freedom in configuration and fast installation result in a powerful, compact and flexible system for maximum output on smallest footprint, perfectly tailored for a variety of applications, such as CEP services, e-commerce, retail, B2B and 3PL. The intended purpose of Denisort Compact includes the sortation for dispatch, goods in, returns, cross-docking and restmail.
